- The floor was not carpeted. The bathroom had no mats, and there was a water leak coming from inside the wall in room 119 where I was which caused me to fall. My son in law fell in his room.
- Pillows and bed smelled like a person who hadn't had a bath for weeks.Roaches in the room.The lamp shade was nasty with roaches.They advertised free Continental breakfast and staff said they haven't had that since covid The room was not not in good repair
- Cleanliness was unacceptable. No soap in bathroom. Deadbolt on door didn¿t lock. A/c unit worked great but looked broken. Beds were not made when we arrived. Reserved a non smoking room and had to get a smoking because that was all that was available.

Staff was great.
