- It is run-down, but they are renovating portions of it. Each condo is privately-owned. Mine was renovated but shower was not. The condo smelled musty/moldy. I asked housekeeping what could be done, and they just lowered the AC! The pool is totally shaded.

The door was very difficult to lock and unlock.There was a lot of construction in area. Parking was a bit inconvenient.

The free parking available is a significant walk AND you have to move your car every 2 hours as it¿s 2 hour parking. I¿m recovering from surgery so we had to pay 25/day extra on top of the already added daily fees to have valet park the car and move it
Room was clean and upscale apartment style. Valet parking and location 1 block from the beach.
Pool hours were until 7:00pm, too early. Should be 10pm.
