Pretty design in the lobby and spacious jr. suite. Nice location for exploring downtown Palm Beach, everything is walkable.

This is a solid 4* hotel not 5*. Lobby is tight and crowded with furniture and constant flow of instagram photo sessions. Pool is tight and lacks any privacy between guests.

The Colony was FANTASTIC. The customer service was outstanding. The hotel is beautiful and the staff meet all of your needs. The hotel car will take you wherever you need to go on the island.

The best location in Palm Beach - Poolside Dining at Swifty's - A short walk to the Beach and just off Worth Ave.

Location is amazing. Perfect location. Old World charm. Great pool area/outside garden.

Rm 522 window whistled constantly. Had to be moved to room 304 which smelled musty with paint peeling on the vent in the shower, along with mold along the shower floor tile.

Friendly staff

Grossly overpriced for a tiny room looking at a/c units, furniture from the 1980¿s and Carpet from the 70¿s. I cannot believe somebody would charge $--- a night for a room like this.

Front desk staff was not super Helpful but the valet and bellmen were always available for help!

room was beyond atrocious - teeny room facing brick wall 2nd floor directly over the garbage area which they started dumping in at 7:30 am, breaking bottles, reverse truck sound alerts Loud noise always in hallway, banging doors neighbor blasted music

The rooms were small, noisy, uncomfortable beds and pillows. Thin walls. Cheaply done hotel rooms but impeccable interior design. I would not stay there again.

Character. Staff.

Dreadful room overlooking a wall with wires strewn across. Air conditioning unit went haywire in the middle of the night; the staff moved us the next day. Similar view. Similar air conditioning unit, but not quite as loud.

The location.

The bed sizes are completely misadvertised. I used my iPhone to measure the bed and it was a double or full-size bed and NOT a queen. The hotel insisted it was a queen bed. The staff was rude, the food is horrible and the rooms are basic.

What a great experience. Exceptional service. Beautiful, comfortable rooms. Amazing restaurant. Located just off Worth Avenue and one block from the ocean.

remodeling is great. Staff very prompt. they screwed up our reservation and rewarded us with a junior suite.

Close to the beach. Cute theme of old style hotel well thought out design and decor. Staff was extremely friendly and service minded. Valet parking included in price which was a nice surprise.

We traveled with 2 small children (2 & 4 yrs) and although the staff was great I felt as this hotel is better suited for adults and older children because I was constantly worried that they would break some of their fragile and pretty decor.

Loved the bright décor and the staff were awesome!

No coffee/tea making facilities in the room or available in the lobby. Our room had no view, although we knew that when we booked.
