- The girl named Erin at the front desk was very helpful.
- the front desk manager provided outstanding customer service in helping me extend my need for the room past Christmas Day. Breakfast was excellent as well.
- Professional staff. Cleanliness and low noise.
Cons -
- The rolling luggage cart did not fit in the room. The room charge exceeded what I agreed to and was charged immediately to my account. For one night (with a dog), I paid over $---- That's way too much.
