- Staff was friendly, quick check in process.
- It was convenient to the convention center and had a free shuttle
- Updated, clean, can walk to SeaWorld, easy to get in and out. Great value for the price, I would stay here again.
Cons -
- Remote did not work- no shampoo- bedding seemed damp on both beds. Our room was never cleaned after 3 nights
- The TV didn't work and it took over 24 hours and three requests for it to be fixed
