Pros +
- Clean, modern looking, Staff was super nice and accommodating. It was right across from the Kia Center where I was going for a concert!
- Cleanest!!! valet ,room service, everyone was nice and professional no attitude no rudeness just overall welcoming. Hope to return soon in July of next year.
- Walk distance from downtown. If you are going to watch any events at World Camping Stadium, Kia Center, or Inter Co you can pick up a FREE shuttle near the hotel.Rooftop bar offers a great view.
Cons -
- Felt price was a bit too high but I guess location justifies it. I honestly don’t understand why some hotels are charging parking. But that’s another thing I didn’t like
- The parking is confusing if you are not using valet. It’s not $25 a day like advertised. If you go out you must pay every time you leave. If I knew that I would have did valet, also AC would stop running and water fill up station is not that cold. Also deposit($100 a night) is a bit steep, I’m still waiting on it to get back into my account
