Lighting was horrible, no television all night no wifi therefore my work project was not able to get done.for a --- room this inconvenience I was offered points I find this very disgraceful to some paying ---an putting down a 250 deposit.

Serge greeted me with pleasantness the moment I entered the hotel and my room was beautiful and quiet. Housekeeping was done right, very clean including the sheets. I loved and enjoyed every moment. I will go back again. Chicane restaurant was also clean
