- The fact that my hotel room was a suite. I was not aware that this Best Western had made the brilliant decision of turning all of their rooms into suites. It gives everyone a whole lot more room and privacy. Bravo!

- They had cockroaches in the room, got into my food, ruined my dinner. I cannot eat it.
