Clean convenient quite a/c worked well.
Clean, comfortable room. Welcoming, helpful staff. Easy to get to, walking distance to several restaurants. This is a low-key property that does everything well. Good for families, fishers, and folks looking for a place to stay that's well-priced.
Caring staff, very quiet and very clean hotel
It was the best available in the area. The pool is very unusual! We liked the pool. Wish it was open later than 7pm though.
The rooms do have a moldy smell to them. The breakfast is just continental and they close it promptly at 9am, regardless if you are trying to get something to eat or not.
The room was clean.
We booked for a pool which was closed and not told until we arrived. Air con not working so no sleep. Was given 10% discount which was an insult. Won't ever stay again the motel next door is far better and cheaper.
Went for Breakfast at 9:10 AM because the sheet I was given upon check-in said breakfast was from 630 to 9:30 AM. Staff person was there putting breakfast items away said breakfast ended at 9 AM she did offer to bring anything out for us. I
Overall room design.
Spent 1st nite freezing due to very thin blankets on bed. Also left a tissue under my covers and bed was remade to look like clean sheets but sheets were not changed.
Staff was great! Pool area with waterfall and gardens beautiful! Staff made recommendations for excursions that were awesome - airboat, kayak trip and Everglades boat tours. We'd love to return!
