- The staff was very personable. I was greeted with a welcome "Shanna" on my TV, as I entered the room. I also received several texts during my stay asking if I needed anything and how my day was going. The morning breakfasts were delicious and filling.
- Everyone was super nice. Breakfast was delicious! Front desk staff was very nice too. Love the ease of checking in and out plus the digital room key.

I felt more welcome at a homeless shelter. I have to do all housekeeping duties on my own and I am handicapped! Staff was rude and unaccomodating!

Dirty floors , too many dogs ! Made the floors filthy , after walking barefoot my feet ( & family members) were black !
The room was nice and the staff was excellent. Hotel employee  went the extra mile to accommodate our needs during our stay.
The bathroom has a barn style door with no lock, and our toddler loved opening and closing it. It made bathroom privacy a little challenging.

Cleaning staff needs some training of the 4 nights cleaned, 3 nights the toiletries weren't replenished, once didn't receive a bath mat, once it wasn't vacuumed and another time there was hair left in tub
Under renovations which was annoying.
