Cleanliness and Location

Only problem was the Refrigerator in the room was. Loud and ran all night long.

Right on the beach, excellent view and VERY clean. This place was quite and only two story's in the building we stayed in. Rooms are designed so that each gets a view with two walls having windows

No this was a very enjoyable experience at the Vanderbilt, so much so we think we will return for a longer stay, and we don't like to go to the same place twice

The condo was clean and comfortable, with beach access directly across the street. Towels, beach chairs, and an umbrella were also included. All staff members were very friendly and professional. The resort restaurant was also excellent.

We enjoyed the convenience of the pool and beach. Despite the steps, I was able to get to the beach and pool independently. My sister and her husband took us to The Turtle Club for my birthday! The food and service were amazing! What a special celebration!

I wish there was a full length mirror to check my look before going out. The bedroom was a little small. The queen size bed took up all of the space.

Super clean. Room had everything we needed. Comfortable beds. Great location.

EXCELLENT IS BEAUTIFUL, BECHA AND POOL IS EXTREMELY NEAR AND THE BEACH RESTAURANT IS AMAZING. THE LOCATION IS AMAZING TOO, ONLY 3 STEPS IS THE POOL AND 5 STEPS BEACH.

ONLY 1 PARKING ASSIGMENT IN MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE. I NEED 2 parking spaces, MANY HOTELS OFFER 2 PARKING

We have stayed at this property three times a year for the last six years. We stayed for the convenience of the restaurant, the beach and enjoyment of the condo across the street.

This time during our visit, we had an issue with check-in and then when we made our way down to the beach, we noticed that there was pretty much no beach and mostly ocean so there wasn’t much space. Also, the restaurant was closed during the time of our stay. Check out was at 11 AM and everybody on the property kept forcing us to not be late for check out. Technically, when you even check out at 11 AM you can still go to the beach and enjoy the rest of the time there, but we kept getting forced to leave and when we were ready to leave our room, the cleaning people walked in unannounced and also were forcing us to leave when it’s still wasn’t our checkout time. After all these years of staying at this property, we will not be coming back anymore.

Location is awesome. The beaches is beautiful. The restaurant is delicious. The room is spacious.

The beds are not very comfortable. They have bottle water is room for a charge.

The proximity to the beach The tranquility of the facility.

They do not offer breakfast

The hotel and stuff is really nice and helpful. Though the hotel is a bit old, it sleeps amazing there! Rooms are pretty small but enough, and beds are narrow, but even with all this being said, we slept like babies! Each room has an ocean view. And the small park in front of the hotel is really nice, especially at night.Be aware of the sandflies at the restaurant (which is overpriced even having one of the best sunset views) which bite terriblyб and the bites then hurt and itch for a long time!

Sandflies - I hope there is something staff can do with them. Otherwise everything is good.

Loved the location and how close it was to restaurants and shopping driving distance. The room was comfy and clean for what we needed. The staff at the front desk was helpful and polite. Beach was less 200 ft away.

Some staff is not so friendly. Never got a good morning or hello when passing by them. Other than that, we will come back again.

The condo was very clean and the air conditioning was amazing

I didint like that the TV was not working properly in the master bedroom also we had problems with the WiFi

Location and beach.

The lack of service vocation of some members of the staff, particularly a male in the front desk and the beach guy yesterday June 16th. They simply do not love their job!

a spectacular property - overlooking the water - sunsets were amazing - the room was perfect - had everything you could want - the Turtle Bay Restaurant downstairs was the BEST food we had all holiday - it was supberb. loved loved loved the place.

We've been here repeated times which tells you a lot. We love the suite room which has a TV room and a kitchenette. This was the first time we got an ocean view room and we loved it! The Turtle Club restaurant with ocean view tables has outstanding food...a little price but you are paying for the view.The pool area and garden walkway with palm trees and orchids is very nice.

Since they had to rebuild from the hurricane they should have added sound proofing to the rooms.The kitchen had sparse pots and pans, not a single non stick frying pan.The front desk staff seemed to be bothered that I used Booking.com but I explained that I looked direct and their were no ocean view rooms but there were on Booking. Also he refused to explain the $45 per day charge.The beach now is very tiny compared to before. They expanded the outdoor seating for the restaurant, too much, which takes up a lot of the beach. This was off season, can't imagine how tight the beach is during season.
