Nice remodeled hotel

Towels available in lobby. It wasn't until getting to room that we learned there are no towels.. No towel bars in bathroom. Breakfast was said to be included, but in fact, only coffee was available.

Very nice attendant at check in , not far from my destination and the rooms are very clean and comfortable.

Centrally located, spacious, clean. Front desk staff was so accommodating and polite.

Very clean and neat comfortable bed. Washer and dryers are free so that’s a great bonus

Very nosey if your facing the road and if your not still pretty nosey in the living room due to a lot of cars in the area.

The studio is very good, clean, smells good, everything is new.

There was not coffee samples to make coffee but that was not a big deal

We loved having the separate living room/kitchen area and the location was close enough to several beaches.

The only issues were in the bathroom where the toilet ran every hour or so and the shower sprayed the ceiling and is causing drywall damage. I made the front desk aware of the issues.

Spacious room. Location.

There's less Parking spots than rooms. 3 of the spots are parallel parking spaces. 6 of the spots are ground level but under the building. Very short turning ratio, or back in, suitable for smaller vehicles. I had a Buick Enclave. It would be better if there was a lid on the toilet seat. A little shelf next to the sink would be helpful. The only place to set your cosmetics is the sink or the back of the toilet. The only papergoods supplied were 2 rolls of TP.Bring your own kleenex and paper towels. The TV is Roku only. Bring your passwords to ad your aps.

A very comfortable apartment with all amenities you could think of. Very modern kitchen superbly equipped. The suite is located in proximity of beach and shopping centers. If you do not want to use the car, there are two bikes available you could use for free.

The apartment is rather poorly soundproofed which can at times lead to hearing the water running or the television on in neighboring suites.

Pillows were uncomfortable. Other than that it was great.

Clean, quiet.

No property or pool. No where to hang towels, only one hook in bathroom, which was not convenient for 2 guests. Water pressure in bathroom sink was very weak.

The location, staff and room layout was exceptional.

It was VERY CONVENIENT for our purpose visiting friends who live in a condo on Wiggins Bay. The layout of rooms suited our needs.

Did not like the key code door lock; it was kind of a pain, until we got used to using it. The bedspread was very thin ( I’m sure it’s usually hot) but it was cool while we were there and it would have been nice to have an extra blanket for weight to put on top, rather than turning up the heat! Also there were no paper towels in the kitchen area, which would have been helpful. A vending machine to buy water & or soda would have been a nice added convenience.

Beautifully furnished & decorated accommodation in a great location, close to beach and well positioned for access to golf courses, shopping, Naples centre, etc., just a few miles away.The apartment was spotlessly clean and fitted out with high-end appliances, fixtures and fittings. Everything you need for a very comfortable home-from-home stay.

Room was very nice. Comfortable for a weekend stay. Very quiet as well.

The location is excellent and bed was comfortable

I didn’t like that the living area is dark. No amenities other than laundry and a one ounce shot of nespresso espresso. No paper towel. Schlage door lock system didn’t work properly. Neither televisions worked and staff was aware (but didn’t offer a solution). Initially, the bedroom tv worked ok although the remote didn’t communicate well with the tv. The living room tv never worked. We had to extend our stay for the total of 5 nights and office mgr didn’t tell us the rate would be higher booking directly. First night, someone was banging loudly on the neighbor’s door at 1:30am and it jolted us awake.

The apartment is lovely, perfectly clean and have all the amenities you would need. We love the screened in balcony, the bed was incredibly comfortable, excellent shower, fluffy towels, and anything that you would need to cook. it is a quiet, relaxing safe space in a nice little neighborhood about a five minutes drive to the beach. We will absolutely return.

Did not know the room would not be cleaned daily Spoke to staff working there and very accommodating! Said he could request the cleaning service if I wanted. Told him ‘No thank you’ only saying couple nights
