Nestled in a quiet, residential setting in Naples, Florida, this cozy motel offers convenient facilities and services just minutes from white, sandy beaches, restaurants and shopping. Fairways Inn of Naples offers a complimentary continental breakfast located in an air-conditioned garden pavilion. For dinner, have a private barbecue utilizing one of the gas grills located in 2 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens. The Fairways Inn of Naples will be open during this time and we encourage you stay with us. Delanor Wiggins State Beach is just 3.3 miles away and open daily from dusk to dawn. Sun-N-Fun Lagoon water park is 3.7 miles away and open daily from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Our breakfast pavilion, garden seating, shuffle board court, BBQ grills, and corn hole sets will be open and available. We look forward to seeing you for a fun & memorable summer

Pros +
- Location. Visiting friends in Naples, and this hotel was very close to their home. The continental breakfast was good, for a continental breakfast. It was served in the courtyard/pool area, which is very nice.
- The gardens, pool & breakfast gazebo were all in this interior courtyard. Lots of nooks to sit and feel private. It felt secluded and peaceful from it's surroundings. I would definitely stay again. Rooms have been renovated from Hurricane Ian issues.
- The location is great.
Cons -
- My room had a king bed, but the bathroom was extremely small. There was no vanity, just a sink. I believe I had the smallest room available. Other guests said their rooms had a much larger bathroom.
- Pool heater was not working but they were having it fixed soon.
- The room smelled musty or like mildew. You could tell the room cleaners tried to cover it up with room spray. Also, it was hard to carry our suitcases up 2 flights of stairs.
