Location

My room on 3rd floor. Elevator did not work for 3 days including when I was checking out. So difficult. Staff was absolutely the worst. Not nice at all. This hotel needs help. Been there twice before and it was great. Understand it sold needs attention

It was in the location best for me for my boat trips located on Marco Island. Also I liked the staff very much and if I had a concern they fixed it.

Housekeeping had not been the room or cleaned the room. Our employee had to sleep in his rental car at the Fort Myers airport.

See above. Room had not been touched by housekeeping. We have photos. Hotel had to refund the charge. Only 1 person was working so there was no one that could clean the room when David checked in. We have photos.

The rooms are filthy. I walked around in my socks and the bottoms were black. I mopped the floors with a towel and that turned black. Then you have people straight out of central casting for ¿meth heads are us¿ there. Worst hotel I¿ve ever been at.

It’s clean and new. Good location.

The had no shampoo. They said they never provide conditioner but they were currently out of shampoo. I had to go buy some. You would think they could call another hotel and get some shampoo to get them by till they get a delivery.

Staff

The location was good.

The room was disgusting. It had 4 small dead roaches and one small live one.

Clean

Bed. No tissues. No luggage rack to put suitcase. Had to put on the floor. No safe. No closet. Bad towels.

Only thing we liked about this hotel was leaving. There are no redeemable qualities about this hotel. It is awful inside and out.

Shockingly AWEFUL hotel. Service was terrible, hotel seemed reasonably clean but furniture was torn and worn. Ground floor windows left unlatched and open. Fire alarm went off at check in and hotel had to be evacuated and we were still charged for the room even though we didn't stay. The neighborhood is the worst in Naples and this hotel is a concentration of sleaze.

The property was cleaned and conveniently located

Very loud. No rest. You can hear everything coming from the hallway and the people on the top floor. There were no window curtains and the light comes through.

Bad

I came in very late at night.I walked into the room and there was two roaches on the nightstand I thought I would try to give it a chance because I needed a few hours of sleep , I continued to find total of ten roaches within several hours and left disgusting filthy hairballs , nasty , roaches , the eighties , all over disgusting

It was close to where I was working

The Roaches and the creepy people staying there. I booked two rooms for five nights. After two night we had enough load noises all night and roaches in the bed while trying to sleep. I asked to check out early and requested a refund. I was told that they don’t give refunds and no way in hell was I going to receive any type of credit.

The smell of cigarettes and marijuana on the third floor asked for a non smoking room which it was but the smell in the hallways lingers on to the room.

HORRIBLE

The check in and check out were both horrible; we waited at least 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. at the check in, the lady was in the back forever and never came up front. finally, a lady that was sitting in the lobby yelled, Crystal and about 3 more minutes later, she appeared. The hallway had roaches crawling up the walls and our room had roaches also. the chair in the room was torn/raggedy. There was hair in the tub and on shower walls. At check out, it was 10:15AM and we were trying to leave early to attend a funeral service; there was no clerk at the front desk. I waited for 10 minutes, I called the front desk three times and the phone just rung (even that did not alert the staff to come to the desk. Eventually, an individual that stated he has lived there for a year; told me that they're always away from the front desk and I could just leave. I did not feel comfortable leaving without officially checking out with staff. The same guy, recognized the clerk outside talking to someone in a car that had seemingly brought the desk clerk food. The guy went outside to let the guy know that a customer was waiting, the desk clerk looked inside at me and continued talking with his friends. Once he came inside, I explained that I was in a hurry and had somewhere to be at 11AM; he did not apologize at all...just dismissed me as though I wasn't a guest; stating "you can leave, you didn't have to wait". I was absolutely very upset that I had ever spent any money with Woodspring Suites! NEVER AGAIN!!

Horrible

There is a kitchenette however there is nothing in the kitchen, no pots, dishes, etc. There wasn’t even a hanger to hang clothes. The room is very sparse. The bed is more like a cot. Refrigerator was working when we arrived, very noisy, however when we returned later in the evening it wasn’t working,Staff is ok, but always apologizing for the new management.Most of the clientele are construction workers, transients and people without homes.

The size of the room was acceptable and the room is close to the elevator, making loading and unloading easily.

Really noisy room and you can hear every single step that others did from the next room and ceiling. The room that I booked was cancelled without notification.

It had no air conditioning, no hot water and the bathtub had hair and dirt in it and the floors were filthy in the room smelled horrible and they had no air conditioning and it was extremely hot so I was unable to stay there. They told me the unable to refund my money because booking.com won’t allow it. I called affirm the credit company to dispute the charge. They need to have the health department called on them. No air conditioning in Florida is against the law you can

Nothing the front desk sucked and there was roaches in the room and they said they wouldn't give us a refund.So we just left.

Location and staff were good.

Roaches, floors were dirty, they had to move our room because of the bathroom sink leaking. ROACHES.
