Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Middleburg

Location, staff and size of the suite. Very beautiful hotel.

Breakfast was kinda subpar. Lack of fruit options. The bathrooms, particularly the shower could use some extra attention. There was visible grime on the rollers on the floor.

My pillow $100 memory foam pillow was left and they will not return it. Food was inedible.

3 room changes upon arrival! Buckets overflowing in & outside hotel, pool water murky all week, trash all over parking lot, large (animal) traps, unhelpful staff, mold in bathroom, smoke detector missing in room, doors not locked on side of hotel, ac bad

Clean and staff is very friendly. They had water and coffee available all day everyday. That was a nice touch.

Rather new and good breakfasts.

Was not as close to location wanted as was thought. Rm 218 needed the shower directional valve repaired. It only directed about 1/3 of the water to the shower head.

We liked that the hotel was fairly new.

With the hotel being fairly new, we noticed that they are not cleaning as well as you might think. I see this hotel dropping in reviews and star count if cleaning is not improved. The television didn¿t swivel out enough to be easily seen from the bed

Clean, efficient, everything worked, friendly and welcoming staff, and convenient location for access to new toll road, Middleburg, and Orange Park. Good breakfast and a great place to stay!

Perfect location for our needs. Close to many restaurants and shopping! Great little free breakfast with many selections. Nice outdoor pool. Comfortable beds. Very friendly and welcoming staff! Would definitely stay here again.

Location, friendly staff, clean, and breakfast.

The staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. We asked for 1 extra towel and received 5. We also asked for a sheet to go on the fold out sofa. The staff offered to come set up the sofa bed and make it up! Breakfast was delicious too.
