Courtyard by Marriott Miami Downtown/Brickell Area

Location is excellent, staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. I loved the lemonade and cookies that were available to snack by the restaurant. Walking distance to Whole Foods which was great and the environment is safe and clean. I appreciate that there were 3 washers and dryers to do laundry.

Sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Connected parking garage has a sign saying 35/day, but the hotel makes you pay 45.

The location was very central in the heart of downtown Miami. It was easy to reach many landmarks of the city from there. Near the hotel there were many nice restaurants with different cuisines. Breakfast was good, but we paid it online when we booked the trip, only to find out that when you pay it at the place it was almost half the price. The pool was big enough and we enjoyed some morning swims there.

Cleaning could do better. Our bedsheets were never changed in an entire week. The reception staff was not very attentive. When we checked in, the reception guy didn’t give us any information how the breakfast worked. Luckily, the day after, there was a lady in the reception staff that was kind and explained everything in detail.

During the weekends Miami is a very loud city and a jungle. Cars driving high speed and making a lot of noise, music extremely loud in city centre.

Better than I expected. I was able to do early check in and later check out. My experience was really nice, loved the location for visiting other places.

Great location, close to the water views, restaurants, and supermarkets at walkable distances. Good staff friendly, free water bottles at front desk which was appreciated.

Housekeeping was not done on the 3 days we stayed, some stains left on the table. The bathroom was very tight, and the location of the toilet was uncomfortable.Breakfast should have been included like a buffet style, which was not, and one needed to order like a regular coffee shop.

Everything was perfect. The location is excellent. I was able to get into my room hours before check-in scheduled time. The staff was super friendly. I will definitely return.
