Great location, walking distance to plenty of restaurants without being in a busy/noisy area. Room was beautiful, big and spacious. Bed was huge and very comfortable.

I love this hotel, I’ve stayed here many times. Rooftop pool is lovely. Food is always fresh & delicous. Rooms are very clean, I would recommend this property for location as well. Close to airport & plenty of restaurants & places to walk around to as well.

Great location and very clean and spacious room
One particular reception staff was extremely rude. We arrived early and asked about early check in which she said we’d have to pay $150 per room, which is ridiculous and I’ve never had this experience before in a hotel. Then we asked if our room was ready, she replied with it’s ready but ‘have to prioritise paying guests’. Don’t know how this makes any sense. She also said she would ring us if our room was ready early which she didn’t do. Furthermore, later on during the trip we arrived from a trip out and asked for some water, she said ‘we don’t have any’, when we’d previously had water given to us by her colleagues. Her colleague then went and got us water. She was a disgrace to the hospitality industry.

The hotel is nice, located in a nice area. The staff was very kind and accommodating, the room was ample and the beds were comfortable although not queen size as it says on the description of the room.
RESORT FEE: First I called Booking.com one week in advance to make sure this fee was included and they even call to the hotel which replied that if the reservation was made thru booking.com the fee was indeed included, just to find out at checking out that it WAS NOT, adding around an additional $140 to my bill
