- Cleanliness , friendly staff , location. Rooms were of adequate size.
- I liked the rooftop pool view and the gym was open until 10pm which was great.
- Location was good. Walking distance to Coconut Grove.
Cons -
- For a hotel of this stars I would expect furniture that is not beat up. Noting looked nice. Very dated. Thermostat did not work. Turned up thermostat but temp never above 62 degrees. We froze
- Handicap accessibility. The only entrances were in the back way or thru a service lift. Neither can you access without a pass card so check in was complicated. Staff failed to mention the front entrance lift. Pool was closed earlier than advertised.
- The jacuzzi closes at 6pm! So early! There?s almost no point in having the amenity at all. I expected it to be open until 10pm and this is actually why I decided to book this hotel. I wanted to use the jacuzzi but couldn?t.
