- Free parking and so close to the mall

- bed was not comfortable for a 4 star hotel
- When you enter from the 3rd floor garage entrance, would be nice to have a sign pointing to where the guest elevators are. I wandered around for a while.?
- Pool not warm, even though it says it is heated Rooms needs to be cleaned better Front desk does not care about guests Have to request cleaning, after you do, you still come back to a dirty room
