  • DISGUSTING. The sheets were dirty. The blinds were broken. My jacuzzi didn’t work (a reason for booking). The smoke sector was ripped out. There was a door that you could tell at one point conjoined the rooms; They ripped the doorknob off and nailed it
  • Being refused access to a restroom while waiting as a paying guest with an existing reservation felt extremely discourteous and unwelcoming. I didnt stay at this hotel because the staff was judgy and unwelcoming. I want a refund!
