Pros +
- The location is nice, lovley views and very peaceful. The rooms and area was very clean. We used the bikes which was useful and while we did not swim, the pool areas was nice.The kids loved the unlimited ice!
- The hotel is clean and beautiful. The staf ts great and friendly. The restaurant is very good for dinner and the breakfast is very good too
- It is landscaped nicely.
Cons -
- The hotel had no eggs for breakfast and as a result basically all of the breakfast choices were gone since they are mostly egg-based. Ended up going somewhere else to eat.
- The staff were ok but some did not seem very interested in their guests and were not overly helpful The breakfast could be improved, we waited almost 40 minutes after ordering. A buffet would work alot better.
- Front desk staff was not being honest about charges! we were told the only extra fee was for parking. This was repeated the following day also! we paid for the room in advance.
