Great location, nice grounds.

The room we stayed had a strong smell, almost like bleach. Thought it would dissipate, it didn’t.

The room had an intense smell from a chemical cleaner, perhaps to cover up something else? It was almost unbearable.

The room was beautiful and the fully stocked kitchenette was perfect for our travels! We also made use of the pool, kayaks and the pickleball court! Hotel employee in the office is wonderful!

Location & the kitchenette were great¿room was clean & comfortable! Laundry service was a bonus! It was quiet!!

The door lock was a little difficult but manageable, if you read the instructions given to you at the desk. Our room had the hot & cold water reversed in the shower which I happened to see over the nice tall shower head.

Great central Marathon location. We stayed in the new building - good condition and pretty clean. The kitchenette is a microwave, fridge and coffee maker with a sink plus plates, cups and silverware. There are grills on site for use.

Our view was of RV's. The AC unit blows directly on the bed next to it and there is no way to change the direction of fan so the person in our party sleeping in that bed was pretty irritated.

Affordable nice room in the Keys? That?s hard to find and this place is it!

The location, price, and room were great!

The pool was very clean. They also provide kayaks and bicycles but we did not use. Provided two of each basic kitchen utensils which was better than none but meant washing dishes twice per day.

The bed was too soft for me and the towels were thin.

Convenient to get to.

No view of water. No range.No toaster.

It was very clean. The shower had hot water. Bed was comfortable. Wish it had more comfortable chairs. We ended up being in our room because it was cold and rainy. I would stay here for a short stay again. They have a pool and pickleball court. The TV is a smart TV and did not work very well.

Calm and cozy. Easy parking and access to the main road.

The floor, especially in the bathroom, was cracked and uneven. There are not many options to put our luggage on. The damp smell, but I don't think there's much to do about it.

The location. The use of the kayaks and bicycles for free. Nice pool and chairs. The property backs on to a quiet bay with a dock and a small ramp to launch kayaks.

The room was large and clean. The pool was nice and so was the dock area.

Traffic noise. Our room was the first one when you pull into the property so you can hear all the traffic going buy.
