- The staff¿s welcoming friendliness made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived!! Sam, the young man at the front desk, at 3:30pm was very nice, very helpful, and welcoming!!! My room was extremely comfortable and clean!!!
- I have the staff a low rate because of two women that worked there. One was very rude, would try to answer questions from the back room instead of coming to the front desk. Proceeded to roll her eyes at me when asking a question. Very rude!!!
- Staff was extremely nice. Especially night clerk . She accommodated my disabled wife to the utmost

- Absolutely nothing. The adequate lighting of the parking lot, made me feel secure when having to take my puppy out for his routine ¿duties¿!!! Kudos Hampton Inn!!!
- Laundry room was broken, staff was rude except for the gentleman that worked there. He was very pleasant and helpful. Room had a funny smell, requested housekeeping multiple times before receiving any. Was told a couple of times there were no clean towels
- Bar did not offer a wide range of wine or beer and what they did offer was pricey for what you got.

Bar did not offer a wide range of wine or beer and what they did offer was pricey for what you got.
Excellent hotel. Had very nice room with WiFi, great breakfast service, and coffee and cookies in the lobby.
The tv didn't work the bath tub stopper was broke. I was not allowed to get my points. The front desk didn't seem to care. Room was a sauna when I walked in. I could have styed at the Holiday in for 15 dollars less and just as nice or nicer room.
