Everything was old, beds, rooms were nasty

The windows can be opened. It was cheaper than most.

All the doors to both (fireproof?) stair towers had been propped open, probably to provide ventilation because rooms were being renovated. Breakfast not so good.

Comfortable room

Poor breakfast. Coffee like water. Ran out of fruit. No orange juice

Roaches in room, shower didn't look clean, remote for tv had limited control.

The room was nicely renovated and serviced daily.

Hallway carpets were filthy. There were an abundance of people living there that were always hanging around common areas. The parking lot constantly had individuals smoking pot and the hallways always smelled like a Cheech & Chong concert.

I was misinformed about the deposit. I checked in and was not even told what room or what way. I asked what time breakfast was. Guy was very unprofessional. I'm a double amptuee with my service animal. I was at the pool and 2 workers ran out there embarra

Embarrassed me. ADA IS VERY CLEAR ABOUT THIS SITUATION. AND HAD STAYED IN MY ROOM THE WHOLE DAY AS I WAS UNCOMFORTABLE WITH HOW THE STAFF MADE ME FEEL. SO I CONTINUE TO TRY TO GET MY DEPOSIT BACK DAYS LATER AND I GET THE PLEASURE OF HAVING TO DEAL WEEKEND

the property is really dated and in need of a facelift. the "hot breakfast" was almost non-existent and the staff did nothing to refresh selections and/or keep the breakfast area clean.

Front desk lady left and I waited over 35min for her to return. Gym closed, it said it has breakfast and the first day nothing. Tried to call the general manager the ring went to the front desk and would just hang up. Pool said no smoking but workers did

Location is great , all staff are nice courteous, rooms are very nice and clean , good job maintaining the resort.

Hotel was very clean. People in parking lot was less than expected however, room was great. All completely remodeled.

Not really, location is a bit out of the way but doable.

Comfortable bed.

The staff immediately upon arrival were all speaking Spanish. Yelling across the room and on walks talkies to each other. I checked in around 3:42pm and my room was not ready. Check in is at 3. There was a cochroach on the wall of my room.

Horrible Customer service And they don¿t speak English.

Everything scary hotel and in a bad neighborhood

Location

Hotel pool was full, I mean 1000s of mosquitoes that it wasn't even usable. I even tried to skim them out but there was just too many.

Price, location, cleanliness, and staff.

My room was smaller than most of the other rooms.

Cleanliness, staff are friendly, location is good, & pool is nice.

I didn't like my room. It was right next to the elevator, it was a much smaller room than the regular rooms, & was loud where the room was located.

Poor state needs updating. Website states chain of lakes, location downtown Leesburg with road construction outside front door. Had to request sheets and towel from reception. Breakfast very limited and cold. Aldi store across the road, Prostitutes, drugs
