It is more of a motor inn than a hotel. The room was very small. It looks like it was recently renovated but the quality of the workmanship was poor. The kitchenette looks like it was never used. The bed was very comfy.
House keepers keeps property clean, maintenabce always fixes things as early as the next day, and employee at the front desk is always kind and polite.

Every staff member that I had interaction with treated me like a friend or family! Breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect especially this time of year (December) as the park across the road was beautifully lit with Christmas lights.

Open drug use on the property, the room smelled like a wet towel to the point of having to wash unworn clothing when I returned home to remove the smell, the room was filthy, we were unable to get a refund, so we were forced to stay.
The hotel is a two level hotel, we stayed on the ground level. My suggestion to anyone is to stay on the 2nd level, when guest come home at 2am - 3 am you hear everything! I mean everything!! The breakfast was ok if you just like something light.
