pretty quick to/from the airport; friendly staff; affordable

windows don't open, both sink and shower drains had debris in them, phone didn't work

Loved the proximity to downtown Saint Pete. The staff was always helpful and good natured.

First floor rooms can hear All the activity outside, including the incessant rolling back-and-forth of the laundry cart. Breakfast bar was very sparsely equipped. Would have loved more breakfast selections. Rarely could I get hot water in the sink.

Nothing if im being honest im so disappointed.

I have a reservation for a king bedroom.I made those reservations at 12am . I got there, got the room key went up to the room to find two double beds, when I called the office and told them that they gave me the wrong room.They told me that there was nothing they could do about it.Because that was the only room they had open disregarding my reservation.That was sitting there a whole day. Furthermore, check out set eleven o'clock.They had somebody from the establishment banging out the door 9 o'clock in the morning to let us know that it's checkout time. Now, i'm in between waiting for booking to receive an email back from you guys to be refunded.Because that was a horrible stay.I will never ever book another reservation for stay at that exact location. I am highly dissatisfied with the way those employees work and did business.
