Cons -
- I was totally misled on the breakfast purchase when I went to breakfast looking for a buffet it was a sit-down restaurant and I prepaid $75 for three nights thinking breakfast is taken care of now they put me in a position where I had to tip the waiter and pay for juices and coffee absolutely absurd the breakfast package is definitely not worth buying

- We had booked a room that had a dinette. In one of the cabinets it had s checklist of what was supposed to be in the room. After looking we noticed we were missing 2 of the 4 coffee mugs and the toaster. We proceeded to the front desk to request a toaster. Front desk said one would be brought up to our room. We were figuring it was going to be brought up right away as we were going to use it for breakfast that day. No it wasn't brought up till the day before we left. It may seem like something small to complain about but when we spend what we did for those days we would like to have everything in our room that we paid to have and not have to wait till the last full day of our stay to be able to utilize the amenity.
