The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom seemed like it wasn’t really cleaned around the countertops and around the toilet. For instance, there was hair behind the toilet seat and dust around the sink. Not a huge deal, as I carry wipes in case of this.

Staff was exceptional we had an issue with the shower and they sent maintenance right away to fix the problem

Every staff member that I had interaction with treated me like a friend or family! Breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect especially this time of year (December) as the park across the road was beautifully lit with Christmas lights.

Location. Convenient to many places and the park across the street was great. Staff was very nice and friendly, front desk team was really working hard (we could tell they were short staffed). We would definitely stay again.

Our assigned room was starting to show its age. Bathroom needed new caulking, as well as sink in the kitchenette. A bunch of scrapes on the walls and doors. Needs some TLC.

Walls are thin. You can hear your neighbors.

Pet charge was listed as $40 per stay which I confirmed at check in. After checkout, my card was charged $50. I asked why the difference and was told by the front desk, the website is wrong. I asked for a receipt but did not receive one.

Room was not clean, walls were filthy, hole in the wall,baseboard pulled awway from the wall,bed was gritty...

The hotel and room itself were very nice and the staff at checkout was very professional and friendly.

YES! The room was FILTHY! This room even had a sticker on the door that it was sanitized, but there was no way! There was a sticky spot on the nightstand from a glass or bottle with hair stuck on it. The carpet and floor had not been vacuumed and mopped.

It was very clean & the staff extremely courteous & professional. I want to recognize the efforts of Eileen who went beyond the call of duty to assist me. She’s awesome!

The bed and pillows were the most comfortable I ever slept on. Loved hotel employee at the front desk she was totally awesome.

We were very pleased with the cleanliness of our room and the facilities. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was great! We were very comfortable in our room also.

Clean, friendly staff, convenient, breakfast included

I was very impressed with the level of cleanliness which is my first priority. The staff was always customer focused. Breakfast was different almost everyday, which included a hot breakfast. Alone or with a family I would’ve been just as pleased.

The only thing I could saw was outside the facility the sirens from fire trucks, police and ambulances were loud and frequent. But I never heard them while inside the hotel, nor did I even feel unsafe.

The staff for certain. Very helpful, nice, accommodating. Sleep room was large and updated. Breakfast was excellent - good choice of items, not and cold, and no problem with anything running low.

A couple of issues with the sleep room. There was a large spot on the chaise lounge. It apparently had been cleaned and cleaning left a very large ring when it dried. Second problem was the air conditioner which made enough noise at times to wake you.
