The private hot tub. The pool was a pleasant temperature and my kids enjoyed the watersides. The staff at the hotel were very friendly.

The grounds of the hotel and pool area were clean. The room itself could have been cleaner. The drinks and food at the pool were expensive.

Everything was great. The room looked amazing.

Although the room looked very clean, the floors were absolutely filthy. Walking around barefoot made our feet BLACK. I took pictures of our feet because I was in shock.

The beds need to be replaced. The mattresses' springs were protruding, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. I had to purchase an air mattress just to get some rest.

Great location near the attractions

Grounds were dirty. Trash on the ground in common areas (dirty socks, food containers etc)

Everything was horrible. It was dirty. The hot tub wasn?t even plugged in. It literally took the whole 48 hours to get hot so didn?t get to use. That?s the main reason why I went lotta money very disappointed

the amount of space,the hot tub, the pool and the location

cleaning fee never was disclosed upon booking, ant infestation in the bathroom and by the hot tub, no mop or extra garbage bags in the home

The pool area was the best part about the hotel stay. I was able to go and relax by the pool.

I had a 3 bedroom townhome and paid for a lakeview which I did not get and then there was one small TV in the living room and one very small TV in the master bedroom. No other TV's in the townhome. It was outdated and not cleaned very good. Hidden fees

Regal Oaks has a great location, beautiful pool , jacuzzi and ample parking

House definitely needs a good cleaning. Carpets and floor were filthy and both needed a good cleaning. Sofa pillows should have been replaced. Jacuzzi was old, worn and cover was falling apart. Patio table and chairs were old and falling apart. Unusable!

We love the pool side bar and staff Is nice.

This particular room was out dated. They charge a cleaning fee and the room was not clean there was hair on the floors downstairs and upstairs. The hall carpet is very very old. The tub in the master bedroom is hideous.

This is a mixed use property- owners reside there too. Loved the townhome and private jacuzzi on private lanai. It was quiet, spacious and clean.

The additional fees- it was disclosed that we pay $25 at the resort. I was charged an additional $141 instead. The clerk didn¿t seem to care. She mentioned that another customer said the same thing earlier. We were tired from up since 4am for air travel

Had to wait until 4:20 to check in while I watched others check in as early as 2:30. They kept telling me the room was not clean yet. The entire complex was mostly vacant.

The only thing is the location of the hotel very quite but not so much of a clean hotel. Plus the room we pay for not the one we got. Even through I said to the front desk is it the room I request she said yes I said nothing I just went in but I¿m not ha

It would be better if we have someone to clean it. I don¿t like the fact that they closed down the pools at 5pm we pay all that money everytime we come back never get to go to the hotel pool. Not so much a clean bathroom the bathroom the shirt are duty.

It was near alot of restaurants.

I felt like I was cheated. The water in the master shower was cold. I was unable to enjoy the hot tub due to all the lizards hanging around the inside area. Also there were ants on the counter and living room area. I had to throw a few items away.

Perfect location, great for large families or multiple families. The hot tub on the patio was a great addition!

The were lax about basic provisions (TP and towels!)

Couldn¿t check in until 6.Condo was dirty and carpet stained. Screened in patio hadn¿t been cleaned. Wash machine leaked water. Ants and other bugs all or and found bed bugs in our bed the last night there, we contacted front desk,no response from manger

Location, hot tub, price

Dirty!! We had to move out of the first unit we stayed in due to cockroaches in the hot tub not working. The next unit we moved into, had some cockroaches as well as the dirtiest and worst smelling carpet I have ever encountered in any rental.

Overall the villas are excellent. Spacious, the privacy you have. The full kitchen was a amazing.

our check in time said 2pm we arrived a little after two and was told we couldn't check in until 4pm. At check in we was told about a security deposit that no one ever mentioned. I was aware of the resort fee. Poor communication!!

It was quiet and roomy.

The townhouse was outdated and needs to be repainted and the stained carpets need to be cleaned or replaced.
