Close to some grocery stores and restaurants.

1. The TV didn’t work … couldn’t find any channels! 2. The heavy wooden platform bed was about 10” longer than the mattress. I’ve got bruises all over my legs from running into it in the night! 3. Pool was closed down and 1 elevator was broken.

90% of the staff have an IQ of a peanut, the music sucks 24/7 and it's at a very low volume, no fun vibe, no party vibe, the least u guys can do is put up the volume of the garbage music u play 24/7. Alwoman at breakfast was very rude and unfair

The hotel was clean, quiet, and located near Disney, restaurants, a grocery store, and a Walmart.

The hotel is rated 4 stars for no apparent reason. They call themselves a resort and do not have resort like amenities. It is just a hotel with a pool located off a major roadway. It had no character, the staff was standoffish, the rooms were only average

Bad customer service experience, front desk staff don’t answer the phone calls and I need help from them and nobody answered the phone. Filthy mattress and A/C broke down.

FAIRLY CLEAN, MOST STAFF WERE NICE

ABSOLUTLEY APPALED THAT SOMEONE BROUGHT TOWLES INTO OUR ROOM ON SATURDAY MAY 10 WHILE WE WERE IN THE BEDROOM-I BELIEVE THE DO NOT DISTURB PLACARD WAS ON THE DOOR HANDLE. WE HAD ASKED 3X FOR TOWELS OVER A SIX HOUR PERIOD AND NO RESPONSE, UNTIL THIS

Close proximity of the location to Disney. The level concierge and management went above and beyond to correct a situation we encountered at checked in.

The tall young guy at checked in was rude and very argumentative.

Location and having a suite (separate bedroom) so that kids could go to bed before us.

Lacked basic niceties like rugs and comfortable places to sit. Every part of the room was very basic and not what I would expect for 4 star hotel.

Booked a two bedroom suite. Checked into hotel and went straight to disney after hours event. Came back to hotel at 130 am and found out i only had a 1 bedroom suite. I had to share bed with a friend. When i complained to hotel they did nothing.

That I got to get away for the weekend

I didn?t like that I found a cockroach in the bathroom and had pictures of it and the lady wants to act like that?s fine and normal in Florida I have live in Florida for 14 years and I could proudly say I have never been to a hotel that this has happened

Had a trash bucket in the hallway for a roof leak , and not the room I reserved because my reservation was lost in the system .

Decorations and view comfortable bed.

Shower had mold

Fortunately they transferred us to a quieter room.

Very Spartan with dilapidated furniture, toilet dysfunctional, lukewarm shower, and no complimentary breakfast for the room fees.

Hotel had potential, but I cannot say I enjoyed much of anything about this hotel.

Poorly stocked kitchen- no dish soap or sponges. Inadequate cooking utensils. Poorly cleaned. Moldy shower, shower curtains, and floor. Couch cushions were stained and pots and pans had old food residue on them. For the cost of this hotel, I expected more

The atmosphere, pool, location

Excellent location, large rooms, and incredibly helpful staff

Hotel was too noisy, pool area was far to loud to be enjoyed and the noise could be heard inside the rooms.

Our room smelled of cigarette smoke and our neighbors had small dogs that yapped all day. We asked to be moved and received another room filled with left-over cigarette smoke. So we decided to leave and take our chances somewhere else.

The room was well designed. The staff was hospitable and efficient.

The price of the food in the restaurant was exhorbitant

Everything was great. Love the live music around the pool. Our first time here, we had such a great time we booked another weekend right away.

Parking can be a little difficult.

Close to eveything. Like the kitchen in the room. Staff was very nice. Love the happy hour during the week with the free wine and beer and $1 oysters.

Housekeeping needs work. Many days they didn't replace all the towels that we left on the floor. When they replaced the coffee they never left regular. We told them and they said okay, but only left decaf. staff that deals with guests need to be bilingual
