- Every shift of the front desk staff that we interacted with were amazing, courteous. Check-in was fast and efficient, rooms were sparkling clean. Pool was spacious and clean and the kids loved it.

The staff what is friendly and the location was in a safe area
The room itself was really bad. The carpet was extremely dirty and stained and needed replaced. There were broken flower pots, barstools, headboard, chairs, etc very broken and dirty. The TVs were from the 80s and there was mold in the bathrooms.
The location was quite and tucked away from all the hustle and bustle which we loved. The room was larger than expected and had everything we needed. The unit we stayed in was backed up to a forested area which was very nice.
The only thing that this resort needs is to update the TVs. But this was not a deal breaker for us because we did not spend much time watching tv anyway.
