Remodeled room,very comfortable for my needs. Front desk went above and beyond at time of checking in. Cleaning could step up a little. Over all experience graded with a A. Would and will stay again next time I go to Florida.

The staff was rude.we complained 1-2 times for few thing n everytime they said if you don't like it you can check out. There were a lunatic lady in the property who was roaming around voiding our privacy.

It was quiet! At 1st I stayed at 2 other hotels down the street which cost a lot more and the police were at them everyday! Fights ect.. Not there. Vanessa at the desk was great! She needs a day off! The only problem they have at that hotel is the couple living in 202 that are on drugs big time and playing games into cult.The people at the hotel don’t know English that much. They have no idea what’s going on. But there putting that hotel down! The couple staying next to me said the same thing!

Quiet and not 15 farro cats running around hissing at you!

The room smelled really really bad like cat pee coming out of the AC unit I put do not disturb tag on door the housekeeping still came in when I was sleeping Terrible hotel no English spoken here

The property atleast in the back was nice. It was quiet for the most part and the room looked unkept and brand new!

When I extended one more night, originally I wasn’t sure if I was going to use the room. Later I decided to check-in and found out that while I’m my room was tech still reserved, they placed me in a smaller, downgraded category of the room I had booked without addressing it. The room I was in also had a lock that DID NOT work which made me feel unsafe. I had to sleep with a chair against the door. Overall the stay was nice y too the final night when I did a room move, that night I wish I could get compensation for due to the unannounced downgrade to a unsafe room + inattentive front desk staff.

They are a complete scam! They only have 3 nice rooms that are pictured on the site, the rest are old, dirt and roach infested. Stay away!

There was no breakfast

I accidentally left my key in the hotel. I called up. I actually think a male me my key. And they told me don't have a car to go to the Post Office. That's what I was told. I believe. That is, that is bogus, and they kind have easily mailed me. The key and I could have paid mailing

The staff was great. Vanessa is the best. She was very kind , patient and understanding. . I would definately stay here again.

There is no place to hang clothes and no iron or board in this room

This place is a roach infested mess, extremely dirty and disrespectful staff

The property is badly roaches infested, and bed bugs all over. We must killed no less than 30 roaches our first 1hr there. The front desk lady was extremely rude, I asked could I have a rm on the ground level, she said no there are none available we had to go up stairs. She claims there booked up, but yet there were 3 room doors wide open while the maids were cleaning, going back to front desk lady lied in my face saying the computer picks your room after you book…… Bullish, any hotel lets you know what’s avail in your choice of room you paid for then you pick what view you want, and what floor…… Don’t waste ya $$$ on a cheap stay here bc your gonna regret it!!!!!!!!!!

The management was a bit rude. I got there early but decided to call me when I left the property to say my room was clean after thirty minutes when I checked in. I tried calling back never answered. Pool hours are fake!!It’s from 10:30-? The sign says 9am-6pm clearly a lie my husband had to go ask for the pool to be opened since it was already 10:30. House cleaning goes into your room randomly when you’re not there. I like my privacy first off and some places have a pamphlet to put on your door if you don’t want room service during your stay ,Not here though. Watch out for bed bugs my siblings got two bites during the stay.

The housekeeper came once in 2 weeks, we had to go to the front desk to get towels, she made the bed once in 2 weeks, and when i checked out they charged me 80$ out of nowhere, never going back again, before that we went 2 times for summer vacation, it was okay but now we are never going back.

When we arrived cops were called on a women that never left and continued to bother guest. Was given a key that didn't work so they gave me another room and when we got to new room someone tried to get into our room since front desk gave them the same room number and key they fixed it . Room had bugs and tub was painted over and was not what the pictures showed online.

Customer service was excellent. Came in late at night was very well taken care of, stayed in Room# 111.Shady characters at night beware.

The shady characters, guy kept messing with his car, staring at us, other guys waling around our vehicle at 2amAlso, noticed a cockroach OUTSIDE the front door, but NOT INSIDE.
