Can't use the pool they said there's no code for the Wi-Fi however I kept getting asked for a password to get into the WiFi and the room I was given had a major roach problem as well as a strong smell of cat urine

Was left waiting to check in and check out as the office was not staffed nor could a person be reached by phone.

No towels provided at all during my 2 nights.had to change rooms twice.1st room,no TV and 2nd room,no ac. No towels at all.dirty!20 deposit for key and remote control. However,tried to leave between 8-10am. We're not open so I loss my deposit. RUN ASAP

1. Tried to charge us $10 more for using a debit card and Accused us of drug money when we said to reverse the charge we will pay in cash 2. Wanted extra for the kids we paid for 3. Cigarette burns and blood stains on sheets 4. Too much to list

The only good review I can give to this hotel is the front desk person.

If there was a -10, I would give -11. Worst hotel I ever stayed. Room was dirty , bathroom never cleaned, bed sheets stained and broken. I barely write reviews. It was disgusting, we didn¿t even use the restroom. A public restroom is cleaner.

Stayed due to work at the airport (Kissimmee Airport). Pretty close.

We got a dirty room and we had to clean our own beds change them and all Clean the bathroom I was just gusted. In two rooms That was the best one. I think they should have paid me dead of me paying them for that

They told me that they only clean the room once in my 8 nights stay and it's had to be scheduled. They promise me a daily change of towels, but in the last three days there's none. Not recommended!! WAY TO PRICEY FOR WHAT ITS OFFERING!!

A very sketchy motel where a $10 cash deposit is required to get a tv remote and room key. I understand the market for this kind of establishment but not on a web/smartphone based app and Definitely Not for $---/night. Elsewhere $---$--/night max.

This is a cheap hotel but it's not bad.

Despite being "not smoking" the room smelled of stale cigarettes. Also, I was slightly annoyed by ladies of ill repute knocking on the door at night.

The staff was rude. The area was unsafe. The room smelled of mildew with rodent holes in the corners and had not been cleaned properly. The pool was condemned by the board of health with a big sign on it. $5.00 deposit for the remote?

THERE WERE SEVERAL THINGS. HOTEL NEEDS MAJOR REMODELING. OUTDATED EVERYTHING FROM CARPET TO LIGHT FIXTURES.

Staff was very nice and courteous. Nice pool area although we were not here long enough to use it. Seemed to be clean.

Tub ran a steady stream all night and day. Carpet was wet by bathroom. Broken furniture; outdated. Drug deal went down late at night, about 4:30. Scary. I believe the website stated there was continental breakfast, and there was not even coffee.
