Days Inn by Wyndham Kissimmee West

The room door barely shut. You could easily see that it had been kicked in before. The safety lock was missing. There was a roach in the sink, the shower had all kinds of build up on the shower head. It was horrible.

the pool was green, the rooms smelled like wet mold, there were roaches.

The beds were made. The fridge worked.

My initial rooms AC didn¿t work. They changed my room and the AC worked but the room was dirty. The bathroom had pee in the floor and smelled awful. There were roaches. The paint- yes paint, in the bathtub was peeling off. Lied about having breakfast.

It was super dirty, the stand fell off the wall, no towels, the staff was sleeping on a couch at 640 when I got up for breakfast. He said to come back wt 720. When I did he was still sleeping and I had to turn on the breakfast room light.

Hotel is disgusting. Roaches crawling around, stained furniture, roof leaks

Room smelled very musty and smelled like weed. There were bugs on the floor and wall. Came back from dinner to cops making arrest in the hotel parking lot. Will never stay there again nor would I recommend to anyone

Everything: very dirty bathroom and bathtub Breakfast is a joke, no milk, no bread, no water, we had to go to Starbucks everyday and spend 30 bucks, you should never sell breakfast included! Place very dangerous, scary people, homeless around!

dirty, falling apart, switches outlets lights not working. It says days inn by wyndham i expected it to be much better with the wyndham name on it

It is new owners according to the front desk and they are trying to improve by doing some updating.

There was no continental breakfast available which it said there was online and on their sign. Rooms are being updated so there is paint overspray on a lot of the things in the room. The lamps need updating due to rust and bad shades.

The price¿but apparently you get what you pay for in Orlando/Kissimmee?

No towels, dirty sheets, stained walls, vents being held to walls with plastic bags. Unsafe area.

The price was fair

It was very dirty. I put socks on and the bottoms were black, like it had not been mopped in months. There was an inch thick of dust on the tables beside the bed and the sheets were dingy. The shower head was just gross. It was a bad experience.

Everything. The door bolt was gone. The frig didn't work. Sheets were stained. Lipstick was on the pillow. The sample conditioner was used which leads me to believe the room wasn't even cleaned.

Night manager was AMAZING!!! Very clean,comfortable room... will def be back to this location!!!!

The bed was broken and said the breakfast included but the kitchen is closed on Sundays

There was not anything that I liked about the hotel.

The room was not cleaned properly. There was a used bar of soap on the edge of the tub. The room smelled as if hadn't been clean. The amount of dust in the room was ridiculous. When I went to use the bathroom there was a roach crawling.

There is live open electricity wire in the room. The plugs are touching g the bed and when you sit on the bed the lights flicker. Huge fire hazard. People¿s lives are at danger while in their

Advertised online and on sign out front "continental breakfast" but no breakfast was available. I am not happy I choose a hotel for the breakfast and it was not provided!

The price

It needs to be fixed up. My door didn't have the bar lock. Half of it was missing. The door looked it had been broken in to. The bathroom didn't look clean. The vending machines didn't work. The hotel need to be updated

Location

It was dirty, when got there the TV didn't work, there was no continental breakfast as promised, the floor was dirty, the sheets were dirty, no coffee maker. We di ask and they fixed the TV and coffee maker was given. Some staff were nice, others were not
