Studio 6 Extended Stay - Kissimmee, FL - Orlando

The location is all that it has going on for it.

The bugs, dirty, the pot smoking in front of our room, the loud music from the car in the parking area fir hours. The 6 police cars for a domestic fight that moved in front of our room. The manager was rude and zero help with a terrible attitude.

I didn't get the room i reserved and they left a dirty towel in the closet I deseve a free night with the room I reserved

nothing. The staff was nice enough.

this hotel was disgusting. I believe there were drug deals going on in the parking lot, a portion of the walkway to the rooms was collapsing and a hazard. We left and went to a different hotel. The Uber driver informed us there are bed bugs in this hotel

Staff first and foremost. Since I had chosen to pay later on the site they decided to cancel my reservation. I will never do business with them again and most likely never do business with you either.

Room so poor no tv channels bathtub dirty I clean it myself some towels smell so nasty 1 towel was smelling good why it has a kitchen if stove doesn’t work no microwave

Closeness to attractions

We paid for a disability room, my wife is disabled and I am a veteran recovering from open heart surgery. We booked a week in advance and were still placed on the second floor. Told there were no first floor rooms. There were small children running up and down the stairs til all hours of the night. Plus my wife and I discovered small bites all over us, so possibly bed bugs. Also the staff is very unfriendly. Very disappointed with this location. Many other problems to mention.

It’s close to the world of food trucks.

The toilet, when you flush the water pop out.When we finished using the toilet we would close the sit and put a towel over the open area to flush and avoid the water to come out.The Pillows weren’t big or comfortable.

I like that the property is in front of Fun Spot that I can go walking

there were roches small ones all over the floor, tub was dirty i had to clean it. no Microwave they never got me one as promised, to many shady people smoking pot in the area. i remember the service was better 3 years go. floors outside dirty.

We got an immediate refund upon arrival and seeing the room.

Upon arrival the receptionist was so sweet; after being worried about the location her positive attitude made us think that it could possibly be okay. Then we made it to the room... there was writing on the back of the door in sharpie, holes punched in the walls, the walls that didn't have holes in them were absolutely disgusting. The wall in the bathroom had literal blood on it. It was the worst looking hotel I have ever seen. The kitchenette looked like it had never been cleaned, the wall behind the little stove was covered in a thick yellow gunk. It was terrible.

Rooms were dirty had roaches floors were sticky very loud couldn't sleep drug deals fighting. Dogs off lease and dog poop and trash everywhere

Nothing really

Everything the room was dirty. The bed was nasty had hair under the covers. Dust on the lights. The for was nasty. The bathroom the toilet was nasty there was soap so over the bath tub.

Nothing, we were so unpleased that we left 15 minutes after we checked in and saw the room. It was terrible.

The room smelled. The floors were dirty. The walls were marked up and dirty, the ceiling was dirty. There was a hole im the bathroom door. The sheets were stained. Toilet was loose from the wall. Weird people hanging around.
