It was clean but the hot tub took 3 hours to heat up which was not communicated to us and when I explained we hadn¿t used the hot tub because it was 90 min and still 23 degrees and they said I had to wait 3 hours

The management absolve themselves from all liability and when I complained about noisy neighbours and no staff at reception after 3 am they disputed this and still have not got back to me

The location was excellent and the home large, clean and well furnished.

Air conditioner went out day 1. They sent someone to fix it. The next day this continues. In total 7 times the ac stopped working and they would send someone to fix it. Did not offer me a new room until midnight when my kids were asleep.

The hotel structure and amenities were excellent

The place wasn¿t clean at all there were bedbugs in upstairs master bedroom. I complained they offered another unit which was worse then the first one. Downstairs toilet wouldn¿t flush I had to buy a plunger and cleaning supplies to do my own cleaning.

Location and overall condo was great.

The fridge did not work and froze all of our food. The point of staying in a condo was to save money on eating out less. We were there for a big event and were in the room late at night and left early each day so could not get help when we needed it. The outlets in our master bedroom did not work and the TV was set in spanish and we could not alter it.

The kitchen was not supplied with enough variety of dinnerware. There were no dinner plates or bowls.

I always enjoy staying here.. this time was a little different but would still stay again.

Only complaint I have was the house smelled likeMildew and could tell there were some incidentalsThat took place and the repair was sub par. Other than that I would stay again.

I like the proximity to the Disney world and how modern the townhome was.

The kitchen was not stocked at all. You couldn’t even really cook a full meal because there wasn’t enough cookware. Very basic. Don’t come here if you plan on cooking.

Great for big groups where you can stay together but still have privacy with so many bedrooms and private bathrooms each.

The $10 charge for the delivery packages, even when we put the address of the specific condo as explained by the person in reception the packages still arrived to the lobby and so the charges

The location for the Disney Parks was excellent only short Uber journeys each day

Needed more drawers in the bedroomsand hangers - but otherwise excellent

Very convienant to disneyworld. Very clean and staff very friendly.

Very beautiful and spacious. Lots of room for all of us and also comfortable shared spaces. Bed and pillows/sheets were superb.

It was a little tricky to navigate at first when we came in at night. Getting the gate code to the Uber/Lyft drivers was also an added complication but it didn’t diminish the overall delightfulness of the experience.

The house is big, nicely decorated and in very good conditions (the pictures made justice to the place). The pool and Gym are super nice. Location is also good, very close from disney.

Very nice and comfortable villa, just like the pictures.

There are hardly no utensils in the kitchen, 1 pot, 1 pan, difficult to cook a decent meal for 6 people.No dining table inside (only a breakfast bar) and too hot outside to have breakfast or lunch (direct sun on the terrace, no shading,...) Avoid the onsite restaurant, very expensive, poor service and tasteless food.

The property was clean, accessible, and private. There was plenty of space for our family.

The washing machine in our unit wouldn't work properly. We also had to call maintenance to help with temp control (the vents were closed).

I liked everything, the villa was very beautiful, pleasant, and all the facilities were super nice. 100% recommended. It has nearby shops, Walmart, restaurants, and is close to Disney.

Scammy charges, deposit stolen, and...

Terrible experience. I extended my stay by 2 days and they charged me four times, each around $530. On top of that, they took a $300 deposit and never refunded it. They kept charging my card without permission, and offered no explanation or breakdown. This felt like scamming. Extremely unprofessional behavior and no proper communication. I would never recommend this place to anyone. It was a financial and emotional headache.
