Hotel Monte Carlo

All hotels were fairly easy to find and had no problem signing even though I was late one night was quite satisfied with the locations although did find some of a little bit noisy traffic wiseAll hotels as decent amenities and were fairly cleanAnd very go

The location

Roaches in the room .slippery bathtub. I fell and sprain my knee, told staff about both situations and no incident report was done. They did come in a pickup the dead Roaches up but through our stay roaches were all over the room.DId not enjoy my vacation

Staff is super nice and attentive.

The shower drain did not work well and we were in standing water, should be a quick and easy fix for the next person.

Price, cleanliness. Staff was nice.

The AC unit was extremely loud, but it may not have been an entirely bad thing, as the hotel is right on a very busy street.

Wooden floors on first floor room, WiFi, and the large shower.

Cleaning was missed one day during the allotted period so our room was not refreshed

There is a slightly shady looking apartment complex next door. You can see loiterers smoking in the parking lot.

The price and the location were excellent. Rooms was clean, well air conditioned, and many accommodations provided.

Clean, Updated, Timely and clear customer support

Not their fault, but not the loveliest of locations - off a main 4 lane route with some semi seedy business nearby (Pawn shops, slummy motels) That notwithstanding, could not have been happier with the price paid for a nearby Disney overnight!

The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable. The hotel was the perfect quick overnight stay before checking into Disney the next morning, very convenient drive to the parks. The manager who checked us in was very friendly and helpful.

We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Rooms had been remodeled and were very clean. Beds were comfortable. Pool was great. Staff was very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Air conditioner controls needed to be replaced (one missing) No glasses of any kind in the room

The room I was in looked like it was recently remodeled. The floor and shower were very clean and it even had the rain water shower head with LED lights which my eight year old daughter got a kick out of. The front desk staff was very helpful and nice.

Inexpensive.

Wifi was not working, needed it.

It's closed to Disney Magic Kingdom, and also closed to Miami compared with other motels in the downtown of orlando.

The air conditioner is a little noisy, and the hot water for bath is not hot enough.
