The staff kindness!

Moldy tub and curtain. It was cut out at the top edge of the tub. Won?t hold the water inside. The bathroom sink was 99% clogged. So, bathroom impressions was horrible. Also, food and chicken bones on the stairs for two days.

Plenty of parking. Convenient to nearby restaurants and work

They would not bring us toilet paper! There was hardly anyone ever at the desk. The room was dirty and in need of some upgrades. The bathroom was very dirty and there were no hangars

The kids that live there was running up & down the hallway. I ask the mother could she please ask them to stop & she was extremely rude. I stayed in room 278.

Slow, absent staff; rm smelled bad, no shower pressure, phone # to hotel doesn't work. Had a guest across from me having a mental health issue slamming door for hours late at night & yelling. Took forever to get a hold of anyone at front desk to handle it

Nothing liked it .. unfortunately bad service no iron for clothes Didn¿t recommended

They charge for ask clean towels . It was 3 nights I never think I have to use 1 towel for the all 3 days. Also were lots of cockroaches on the all room & beds . I leave my laugagge open and were 3 of those animals inside .. paid to much soooo unhappy ¿

I hated everything about this place..

We had to leave to go to another place because it was nasty. It was more like a short term apartment and it wasn¿t really located in a good side of town. DO NOT BELIEVE THESE REVIEWS. They are LIES LIES LIES

That it was 2 miles away from our venue

Everything!!! The room smelled like bleach, already a bad sign. The bathroom had hair all over the walls. Once the smell of bleach went away the real scent of the room kicked in and it¿s not pleasant. This place obviously has short/long term. TERRIBLE

Comfortable bed

Children unruly until 1:30am. Ducks swimming in pool. Every carpet was nasty. Glad we had no carpet in our room. Furniture in room had nasty stains. Had to buy an ice bucket,cups and towels from walmart.

The close proximity of the hotel to our main travel hub proved very beneficial. Thank God that despite recent unsavory reviews, our room was fairly clean and hospitable.

Despite being a non-smoking room, there was the hint of smoke in the corridor. Not wheelchair accessible (our oversight). We had to settle for a King room because there were no double bedrooms on the ground floor.

Only Location of place was good. EVERYTHING ELSE WAS TRASH ! People talking about parole and they just came out of jail. NOT A FAMILY PLACE!

Roaches roaches roaches and more roaches could not sleep smoke alarm going off because people smoking weed in rooms and weed in the entrance of the 2nd floor. Horrible hotel horrible horrible horrible.

Nothing ! Just the location

Where do I start 1. Roaches & ROACHES galore! It¿s not a family place when you have people smoking weed in the entrance of the second floor and they know where to hide at do it because I walked outside to get food for my family and they was all hiding.

Close to the venue I was attending. The staff were very helpful and courteous!

Booked room for 3 only had towels for 1 and 1 blanket. Extra $10/day if want more. This is a hotel for guests/home for people. Room 1st smelled of cinnamon, but wore off to smoke smell. Yuck!!

The beds were comfortable

Hotel hallways & room was filled with the smell of smoke. Not enough towels or bed blankets and the tub drain was not functional.

No staff in lobby to assist me upon arrival, had to call security. Room smelled like stale cigarette ashes and body odor. There were cockroaches crawling on the walls.

This place has two floors with NO ELEVATOR. Consistently saw roaches, ants, and spiders crawling in my room and hallway. This place maintains high occupancy because of all the homeless and displaced people living there long term. I will never be back.

The price, the view, the pool were all great and the room was very spacious.

The ac unit is right next to the bed and blows DIRECTLY to the bed. But the room became humid when I turned it off. I could barely sleep. Also a couple stains on my bedsheets.
