The Staff were friendly

The room smelled like mildew/stale water. The carpet by the couch was soaking wet as the ac was leaking. The couch had a hole in it. I reported the leaking ac unit and no one came or offered a new room. The black out curtains were old and worn.

The front desk lady (the older lady) was very helpful. The breakfast, especially the Minnie mouse pancakes were good.

The rooms could be more modernized. I stayed for 5 days and room keeping didn't come in, but I think it's because I kept the do not disturb on my door the entire trip.

It was very clean and well staffed as always excellent food

TV no working, filty carpet, old filty furniture, no able to lock door, smell in room was awful, breakfast half star.

The Young lady that checked us in I'm so sorry I forgot her name she was an angel she worked over night on 04/28-04/29 I had to go to hospital and missed our flight we were so tired she helped us and quickly got is a room to rest in. God bless her always

Location. Polite staff. Nice room.

The phone didn't work, even after having them send a technician to fix it. We didn't get a wake up call needed for a very early flight departure.

Great room size and great area

Some small areas were rusted and messed up near bathroom

Location. While the street was very busy, you can?t beat the location and nearby amenities.

Carpet is in desperate need of replacing.

Pool and hot tub were dirty. Door to pool could not be reopened, we had to go back to the outside to get back in.

It was located close to Disney parks

They didn?t give me the king room I paid for. Couldn?t find my name in the system. It took 30 minutes for the front desk person to check me in than gave me the wrong room.

The room smelled looked like mold on the AC. Not clean. Tried to charge extra check in fees to evacuees even though they had plenty of rooms open.

Location

The rooms smelled damp. We changed rooms three times and it was the same in all three rooms. The carpet in front of the air conditioner was wet. The bathroom floor was wet from the humidity. The nightstands were wet from the humidity.

So clean, so comfortable, great breakfast and pools/amenities, excellent deal! I will definitely be back.

The room window AC unit was terribly loud. It rattled and shook all through the night.

First night had multiple spider bites. Second night had a fire alarm go off and had to evacuate the room for around and hour. Lost a lot of sleep. Was offered no discounts or no compensation for either of these extreme inconveniences. Lost major sleep

Did not like egg omelets and they were cold. Could use more waffle machines, especially with heavy booking of family's w/ children. It gets busy.

The continental breakfast was good.

It is absolutely filthy. I asked the guy at the desk to have housekeeping come by while we were out and when we got back the room appeared untouched and smelled like dogs. So many people bring their dogs here. Gross.
