Room was huge WiFi worked Reasonably clean Nice lobby

Staff was very nice

I was charged for the room to be cleaned every 3 days but we slept on the same sheet the whole stay.

I like the location and the free breakfast. Additionally, the daytime staff was very helpful when I was still having issues after being sent to three rooms with my toddler when we checked in.

When I got there the resort fee was different than reflected in my booking. I had stayed here before so I knew it had a fee but it was under $15. Now it is over $20 which tax. Additionally, the night staff was not as competent or helpful.

front desk was quick, friendly and helpful, location is amazing lots to do within walking distance, close to parks and Disney springs, the breakfast is actually decent, the hotel is clean, they have a beautiful pool, fitness center and business center

the bunk beds were useless, queen beds were uncomfortable, bathroom was stuffy small and lacks ventilation, ac didn't work, breakfast isn't properly stocked, traffic sucks outside the hotel

A staff member who was sweeping the area around the pool asked if my 12 year old grandson who has long hair and wearing a boys swim suit was pregnant. He weighs about 90 pounds. The pool was cold but the small hot tub was warm.

The hidden resort fee at checkout. There is no beach and the pool sucks. No reason to charge an additional fee at check-in.

Free shuttle bus , needs more bacon and biscuits and gravy days

Sleeper sofa was terrible no ice on 4th floor

The bed sheets wasn?t cleaned. There was not enough breakfast for everyone. All the people were waiting for the breakfast and there was no food at the end.

Checked in at 9:30 PM. Toilet was clogged and I was handed a plunger bc the maintenance man had left at 9PM on a Saturday. I continued to plunger the toilet the entire evening until we checked out at 10AM. I was told there were no other rooms available

Location was close to Disney and many restaurants and stores. The price was great for our short 2 night stay. Breakfast was hot & delicious.

The hotel is old and outdated. The mattresses are old and dirty no one was able to sleep. The family room with the bunk beds looks like they took a closet and put bunks in there. They are also old and dirty.

Bed and pillows were super comfy. Plenty of hot water. Room was very clean. Close to Disney and Disney springs yet far enough away from the interstate. No road noise.

I requested an extra blanket at the front desk but was told the closet was locked. They were polite but I do wish they could have troubleshooted a bit more to come up with a solution

Yes couldn?t get housekeeping turned water off without notifying guest tv socked blew out so was with out tv bathroom water don?t get hot

Loved the room with the bunk beds because we have 3 kids and no one wanted to sleep in the same bed with their sibling. *cue parental eye roll* also the breakfast was fantastic!
