Very clean, great service and decent breakfast.

Room automated door access has issue. Bathroom door is too tight because of the age and office chair quality is very poor.

Location, price, and cleanliness.

Staff was excellent. After I checked out and almost 2 hours away, I realized I left my medication in the refrigerator. Staff retrieved it and held it for me until it could be picked up.

I love that there is no carpet on rooms. Clean rooms and facilities. Breakfast was very nice a lot to choose from

The balcony seems unsafe. The proteins (eggs, sausage, patties) were extremely salty.

The breakfast buffet was amazing. There was so much to choose from and tasty. Front desk staff were friendly, attentive to your needs and requests and professional.

Some of the pool chairs were needing repair and awning near pool was ripped but that appeared to hurricane damage so it is probably going to be repaired.

They did not provide everyday room service. I had to ask for my room to be cleaned, there were ants all over the place from checking until checkout. Mentioned it and nothing was done about it.

Staff was friendly, rooms were cozy, close to Disney parks, free breakfast was decent.

Showers are a bit dated and don't look super clean.

Definitely the bed and pillows. The bed was too hard and the pillows were square cubes that made it impossible to wrap your arms around to get comfortable. Both my husband and I ended up with stiff necks and backs after two nights.

There was a lightning strike that damaged the electricity in the laundry and I couldn't wash clothes. But that is something that is out of the hotel's hands.

Grab and go breakfast is misleading, they don't let you go anywhere. They don't allow you to take the food back to your Room to eat. Also the hot water in the shower lasted about 5minutes and went from hot to immediately cold as it was monitored.

This hotel was a great deal. I liked how someone came in everyday to take out the trash and change out the towels. Many hotels don't do this nowadays, so this was refreshing. I appreciated the thoughtfulness of the cleaning crew. Location was also good.

The breakfast could be better. The breakfast was simple and was the same everyday. I would appreciate a little more variety. I am happy that breakfast was provided though.

With the price budgeting, it¿s a good hotel with an accessible room in a good location

Comfortable beds and relatively clean. It was not as noisy as I was initially worried about.

It was too old. Very used and old fixture in the rooms and bathrooms. It also has small breakfast area.

The hotel and rooms are old; but are very well maintained, very clean, spacious, and priced competitively. The staff are awesome, friendly and efficient.

Hershey's chocolate bar was expensive -- bought it anyway because I wanted one right away :-)
