The front desk lady when we first arrived was wonderful.

Cockroaches! We ended up leaving at 240am and arrived at like 1130pm. As soon as we saw one, we packed up and just left. I'm not saying I expect perfect for the price, but your rooms should at the very least meet federal regulations for cleanliness.

Had to walk past a homeless man sitting on a sleeping bag to get to our room, roaches on the bed and floor, loud groaning from the room next door. Not a place to stay with kids!!!! The worst hotel I have ever stayed at!

Freindly host and the room was clean.

The door lock was a little sketchy and needs to be upgraded.

Bed was comfortable.

There is a $125 cash deposit due at check in. There were people hanging around the front door smoking. There were also people in the parking lot playing loud music working on their car. The place was very unclean. The room had a foul smell.

Front desk staff were friendly and courteous.

Hotel requires a $125 deposit in CASH. They don't accept credit or debit cards for this deposit. There's an ATM in the lobby, which I used as my bank was too far away, that charged $5 to withdraw $100. There was NO WIFI despite the hotel advertising it.

The room was clean.

We got there and there was no pool it was green being filled.

Cleaness, room standards ( no soap, no towels, no amenities). The room smelled so bad. The deposit of the hotel most be in cash!!! Why?? I use to stay in many hotels throughout the country and this is the only one where costumer has to pay in cash.

Staff was friendly. You can tell they¿ve done some ¿remodeling¿ but not by a professional. Door jams were cracked questioning security. They were nice to switch out the mold stained pillows

Pool was half empty, filled with trash and had a top coat film on it. Ice machine did not work. People clearly also live there long term. Mandatory $125 cash deposit. Floors gave us black feet.

Dirty room. Staff couldn¿t help me. Had to put cash deposit. Hotel had tenants that were loud and drinking and couldn¿t get sleep

The room was fantastic! Completely remodeled, brand new from the floors, bedding, shower, everything.

Some interesting characters around but overall quiet.

There were roaches every night, someone next door was smoking a reefer when it's non-smoking and I could smell it through my room. Addressed the roaches to management didn't seem to really care and mentioned the smoking still not much reaction y

The hotel inside is very nice in the rooms but that is a very bad drug area and I believe the other one we stayed in is the same way they have a very bad issue on 192 in Kissimmee for terrorist just to let you know we did not feel comfortable all night

We definitely did not like where the hotel is located and the people that were surrounded by the hotel

there were ants all over the counter, toilet wouldn't stop running, no pressure in the shower, beds were uncomfortable, staff were rude and unfriendly,i would NOT recommend a person stay here and i would like a full refund for my stay for a poor hotel

A surprise 125 cash deposit only because they don't awant to pay merchant fees they force you to pay ATM fees if you don't have the cash beforehand. .25 to get ice...cheaper isn't always what it seems.

It is an old hotel but it was very clean. The rooms inside are very clean and the bathroom was very clean. The room smell clean. Please note that this is not a fancy hotel; but, an excellent budget hotel. Felt safe. At night it was quiete.

If you are going to Disney, the location is great. But it is a little bit far from the rest of the Orlando area.
