The location was great! The cookies a nice touch

The cleaning was very poor and the crew did not make the beds or anything else. Only changed the towels when indicated to.

The hotel is clean and the staff is super nice, the hotel is close to the park... the hotel is super.

the room was spacious and housekeeping everyday made the room look like new every day when we came back tired

The tub/shower combo wasn’t very updated. The shower head needed replacing.

For the price, this exceeded our expectations. While it isn't fancy, our room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and it was nice showing up to the smell of chocolate chip cookies in the afternoon. We were probably 15 minutes to Disney and 25ish minutes to Universal Epic so the location was ideal. We would absolutely stay here again.

Typical breakfast buffet. Hot items lack flavor, unknown breakfast meat. Cereal, bagels, toast the best options.

Location.

The towels, sheets, blankets, the state of the place, the smoke alarms going off, the fire trucks, the breakfast, the dated worn down nature of the entire place.

The staff were really nice and the place was clean.

The bedding wasn't comfortable the blankets were rough and scratchy, with it being fairly cold in Orlando they were needed. Definitely not sensory issue friendly. The plumbing made noise in the shower and you could hear everything going on outside the room as well as the kids running around on the floor above.

Fire alarm kept going off

Breakfast was good but at certain times very busy and nowhere to sit Front desk staff were excellent ..cleaning staff depended on who was on..one day room was excellent , next day not so ..often had to go to reception during the week for clean towels, toilet tissue , shampoo etc

We booked because of free shuttle to park..first day took one hour 17 minutes to get there (6 miles approx) and one hour and 23 minutes to get back, so used Uber the other five days which was excellent and took less than 15 minutes to get there, but we realise this is a separate company and not the hotel responsibility

Close to Disney and free shuttle to theme park, and great complimentary breakfast!!!

The location was great just a few minutes from both Universal and Disney. The free parking is a plus as you need a car to move around.

There were some issues with housekeeping during our stay but nothing too bad.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The rooms looked freshly renovated, everything was super clean and the staff were very kind. We really enjoyed our stay! You cannot expect a 5 star hotel for that price but all in all we can 100% recommend staying here. The breakfast is typical American with one-way plates but still good. Everybody found something to eat! :)

Free hotel shuttles - only had one pick up in the am and pm from an outside company. The shuttle picked up from this hotel, but then went to another hotel before going to the parks, adding an addtional 35 min to the shuttle ride. We were told it would be a 45 min ride and we would arrive 30 min after park opens. We wanted to be at the gates before then, so we ended up driving. Also, it picked up right at the park closing time. But, if you are in the park, you can stay later than closing for other activities - such as getting in line for a ride minutes before closing time - you are able to stay and ride. So, we did not use the free shuttle.
