Did not disclose the amount of resort fees at reservation time . Was charged $283 in resort fees for a 4 night stay . I won¿t be back .

everything is clean. You feel relax like your home. Hotel staff members are so nice and friendly.

Double Master bedrooms and each bedroom having it's own bath. Felt safe and private. Overall good value

Tons of space for the price. The location was fantastic, and it only took about ten to fifteen minutes to get to any Disney park. It was so nice to be able to park right at our front door after long Disney days.

No complaints

The rooms were very nice and clean. Staff is friendly. But I don¿t like that the resort has a pond right near the pool and a python and black snakes that come out.

I hated that the hotel has a python that comes out to the pool area at night time. The place also has black snakes that come by the bushes in front of your front door. I seen a black snake right in front of my door during daytime.

Very clean and spacious. Looked exactly as photos.. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for preparing meals. Comfortable beds.

One minor complaint, there was no coffee pot available in unit. Vending coffee machine was available in main lobby, but that is not very convenient or cost effective considering the number of people that can stay in each unit.

The place is beautiful and you can¿t beat the price!

The shuttle was not running due to Covid. We ended up spending anywhere between $45-100 a day on Uber/Lyft.

Great location, plenty of room for the family. The resort was on I192, plenty of places to eat or shop for groceries.

The showers had mold, the TV's did not have Local stations,

The condos are spacious and accommodates families.

Since these are moreso timeshares, cleaning is not consistent and our unit contained a great deal of dust and spider webs.

Great location, very close to Disney and a strip of restaurants and grocery stores.

The cleaning policy was very unclear. I was told on checkin that we get an one-time cleaning included but then I was charged $85 for it.

The villa provided plenty of space for a large family.

Some of the furniture coverings were stained.

There was absolutely nothing in the apartment available at arrival. Not even water bottles. The kitchenware was not very good at all

The property was so nice and clean. I was surprised how well kept it was. The staff was so nice and pleasant! The grounds are kept so clean and the place is so quiet. I never want to stay anywhere else in Orlando!

It was large and comfortable.

The staff was not welcoming and they had to many rules better to have stayed at a hotel.

Very clean, looked exactly like the pictures as advertised. Distance from parks and shopping great. Pool area was beautiful, fully stocked kitchen area if you choose to cook. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly.

Stove and microwave breaker kept turning off. Restaurant inside resort is all you can eat buffet style but on the more expensive side.
