Disney's All-Star Music Resort

Close to all Disney attractions.

We arrived at the hotel at check-in and were told the room was not clean yet. After driving two hours and staying for only one night, this was frustrating as we had a tight itinerary. They wouldn’t allow late checkout. Don’t care about FL residents.

It's themeing was cool, the location to the Disney parks is great and the food court is pretty good. The staff are super courteous and helpful.

I did not take into consideration the noise from all the kids there, but it is a Disney hotel.

Friendly staff. Amazing decor throughout the hotel. Pool is fantastic.

The room was modern, streamlined, and clean. I love that the floor surfaces are wood and tile. The fixtures and furniture were well-maintained.

I noticed the lingering smell of cigarette smoke on arrival, which was bothersome as a nonsmoker. Noise (laughter, music, TV) from the room next door carried straight through the adjoining door. I wish the room had updated USB C ports.

Great amenities location & staff

The overall convenience. The shuttles they provide to go back and forth to the theme parks.

I wish there were more food choices at the food court. I also tried to exchange my money from PH Peso for US dollars, but I was told that was the only currency not traded by the hotel.

Everyone was accommodating and had fast response times to questions and items requested.

No, even though it was an older hotel, we really appreciated the room updates.

It was dirty. The bathroom wall had blood stains. Bed sheets not clean.

Fair price and location plus bus services

Food was redundant but Disney does a great job accomodating food allergies. Probably among the best I've seen anywhere

Perfect room for what we needed (a place to sleep!) we crushed the parks til late and woke up early to get started all over again! Breakfast staff were so lovely, some more magical than cast members in the parks!

Rooms on the parking lot side were a little noisy.

The bed had black hair on the sheets. The walls were paper thin. They did not offer to help us bring bags to room and there were no blankets on bed just thin sheets

There was no complimentary water left for guests which is disgraceful

Great Disney hotel! Like these better than the deluxe resorts at Disney. More private if you get in the back of the complex. Staff was awesome!

The rooms were very clean and the buses to the parks were convenient

Disney never disappoints. Clean room, friendly employees and transportation to the places we love to go.

Upon entering the room smelled slightly of mildew. I did not like having an adjoining room door because I was sleeping by myself. I also did t like the noise the air conditioner made when it turned on or off because it sounds like someone is opening door.
