It felt like home. We used to own there as a timeshare when our kids were little

Spare tv did not match remote so TV would not turn on. It rained and there was a water puddle on floor next to wall under picture. We cleaned it up but it will happen again unless they fix the probkem

Pool area and entrance

Rooms are very dated/needs renovation. Walls are paper thin and you can hear conversations at next door unit and outside maintenance. Windows should have blackout curtains. Bathtub faucet fixture broken.

The rooms are older, the heat only worked in the main bedroom, not in the bathroom nor the kitchen/sofa sleeper room

No breakfast ?,told I was getting e room with a king bed and got double beds

Cancellation policy. I was allowed to check-in several hours early and ended up checking out less than 15 minutes before the usual check-in time without even setting foot into the room or accessing any of the amenities.

Beautiful suite overlooking a pond as requested. Staff strived to meet our requests.

In-room hot tub ran out of hot water before filling up.

Every thing was awesome the activities and pool as well as bar and restaurant!

There was only one thing I didn't like the bar wasn't open all the time in the evening!!

Pool area and beds were great. Walls to the next room were thin. A lot of going on all night.????????????????

Perfect Location, good prices, nice staff, beautiful place

The bed linen and towels weren't white and what I disliked most was how dirty the shower tiles were.

The space in the villa was very beautiful with full kitchen

The jacuzzi tub in the villa didn't heat that well

Pool and jacuzzi were good and well heated, the facilities were good but not all in very good condition (broken table tennis table, some of the tennis rackets had broken strings). It was great that everything was enclosed and the kids could wander round the resort without us worrying. They also loved feeding the squirrels and the local racoon. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great sized bedroom and lounge/kitchen in the villa.

The room was only cleaned/sheets changed on 10th day (out of 14), and that was when we pushed for it to be done. We booked a three bedroom villa which was made up of the deluxe suite and the standard suite with adjoining doors. The master bedroom (deluxe suite) and second bedroom (part of the standard suite) were great but the third bedroom was a sofa bed in the kitchen (of the standard suite). This was a creaky old sofa bed in the same room as the fridge and kitchen and was not really to the standard I would expect. It was also hard to sleep as there were security lights right outside the room and slat blinds (no curtains) which didn't block out any light. This would have been a great place in its prime but the furniture/decor could do with a freshen up.

Dirty

When we arrived staff lady ignored us and yelled at someone in back to help us. She was talking to a staff member about personal things .the outlets would not hold our electronics they fell out of em. The tv brightness was so low we couldHardly watch it. Stains on couch.

The grounds and the pool are kept up very well and are gorgeous.

There was a hard timeshare sell right after we checked in after we had been traveling all day, which was not appreciated and I did not know that was going to be part of our arrival journey. We also had bugs all over the kitchen and had to call two times for somebody to come up and assist us. We had leftovers and the bugs infested them. There was never an offer replace any of the food for the inconvenience. The rooms and furniture are very dated and not well kept.

Things like coffee pots can be updated, tiny little soaps that are ridiculously small
