The location, the privacy.

Our specific condo was definitely in need of new carpeting on the stairs and upstairs. There’s only a small area of carpet, but it was really nasty. if I had small children with me, I would not want them crawling around or walking on it. Jacuzzi was nice.

Worst experience ever! I would actually rate the zero if I could. Room was dirty they gave us different towels three times with all of them being stained. Place looks like it hadn?t been cleaned ever. We left early it was so bad.I would not stay here.

Cockroaches and ants in the kitchen, water leaking through the sliding door, a horrible smell, a leaking toilet, and the place was dirty. The mattresses were so worn out that they sagged into a U shape, and we could feel the bed slats on our backs.

The private pool was the best.

The back glass sliding door was extremely hard to open and close. We would have to go out of the pool side door to access front door of the house to re-enter the home. it was the worst.

Broken beds; Wi-Fi issues; no front desk people, only security that could not answer questions. It took 3 phone numbers to get someone.

Would have liked to have options on site for snacks/drinks. Snack bar was very limited hours.

It seemed like our villa was the ¿low end¿ model of villas available. Did not meet my expectations based on the photo previews. I thought I was getting a king bed, queen bed and 2 twin beds along with pull out couch. We ended up with a king and 4 twins.

We had 8 people. The space was fine and easily accommodated everyone.

It was in a busy location, so we dealt with a lot of traffic. Our AC went out but they did get someone out to fix it. We were unable to use one bathroom because we noticed if it was used it would leak from the ceiling.

Property was very nice. Townhouse was very clean. Nice pool area and very quiet.

Worst late night check in process ever, security guard only spoke Spanish so we couldn’t get on the property at 12:45am. Staff blamed us and pandemic for inconvenience. Hot tub and sound system did not work. Not worth the money. Won’t be returning.

Based on my understanding this resort was closed for a while due to the Covid, so probably because of that pest situation is a bit crazy. We managed to spray down most of it.

Well equipped townhouse. Hot tub a bonus! Staff were great.

The condo had absolutely everything needed for our 6 day stay. Very clean, nice grounds, pools, safe/gated entrance! Minor issue with our hot tub and a staff member was there to fix it within half an hour. Reception was fast to check in and out.

Location is great for theme parks, grocery store, target, and tons of chain restaurants. We found the town center of Celebration on our last day which had some more low key/non chain dining options we had wished we knew about sooner.

Location was fantastic! Disney only a few short miles away! Condo was beautiful and very clean. Beyond our expectations...spacious, 2 1/2 baths, personal hot tub on patio.

The location was great! The townhouse was clean and had everything you would need for a quick stay.

The staff is rude!

There are roaches in the kitchen and hall way. We booked vacation atleast to cook, Couple of meals at home. looking at the roaches in the kitchen and cabinets and hallway kitchen are an added to come to kitchen and hall they literally sat in the bed rooms. I told about this to a service guy there, he said he will send some one, but no one shows up in our stay.

We liked how close the property was to disney parks.

The house wasn't fully cleaned. The floors were dirty and couldn't walk around the house barefoot without feet getting dirty. There was still hair on some on the bed sheets and pillows from previous guest in some of the rooms.The manager offered to have the floors cleaned and change the bed sheets but we declined because we did not feel comfortable with the cleaning crew coming inside without us present and all our belongings out.

Location was good and spacious for our group.

I have stayed at this property before and was always a good stay until this one. The beds all made so much noise the pool was dirty. The shower door fell on my husband.
