Parkway International Resort

The location is excellent, the amenities were clean and felt safe. The staff was incredibly helpful and sent one of the maintenance crew to assist with getting our luggage up the stairs.

The location was great. So close to shops and restaurants. We went to Disney World for this trip and the furthest park was only a 15min drive. The place had tons of space for the price. There seemed to be lots of great things to do on site with the sport courts, playground, and pool. I regret not having a day to just hang out at the hotel.

No real complaints. The place was still being updated so there were some trails blocked off and I can't wait to see what those look like once completed

Convenient location to Disney parks and local shopping. Friendly and helpful staff. In-unit kitchen (with dishes, silverware, utensils, pots, cleaning supplies, and dishwasher) and laundry. Lots of room - good for families.

The unit was old/dated/gloomy, and had a strong chemical cleaning smell on top of a strong moldy/mildewy smell. The master bathroom was low budget with old fixtures, low ceiling, and a small shower. The parking lot dumpster was about 50 feet from my unit's front door, and hosted regular visits from a family of raccoons.

We got to checkin a bit to early and the staff managed to give us a room despite that which was great. The room included all that we needed and the bed was comfortable. The AC worked also well which is needed when it is 35C outside,

As we did not see any elevators we asked for ground floor so no problem for us,

Very spacious and clean rooms. Well maintained pool area. Friendly staff. Located close to shopping, dining and Disney yet in a quiet area away from traffic. We will definitely be back.

The resort is well- maintained for its age. Location is good and the accommodations are spacious. The pool area is very nice.

Accommodations are very dated and not soundproof!

The 2/2 condo I was in was very spacious and truly has all the amenities - full kitchen, full dining, plenty of seating and bed space, closets, ironing and washer-dryer machine, dishwasher and even an ice maker. Bathrooms come with lotion, shower gel, shampoo/conditioner, a hair blow dryer, night light, extra towels and wash cloths, bar soap for hand washing, etc. I loved the patio with the fan and outdoor seats and table, it was screened in which kept out bugs and faced the 'forest-y' back area of the property which was pleasant to sit on and view in the evening. The kitchen appliances were all nice and clean and there was dish soap and a drying rack, as well as a standard assortment of cooking tools (blender, coffee machine, etc), silverware, and drying rack. There is bar seating and dining room seating. The beds are made nicely and have extra sheets, the pillows were clean.

All of the beds were incredibly uncomfortable. I tried all 3 mattresses, just in case, and they were all uncomfortable. I've had all types of mattresses throughout my life: springs, foam, gel, hybrids, wrapped coils, etc. and I've never experienced a "broken" bed. I don't know any other way to describe these mattresses other than broke. They look so inviting but as soon as you sit on the mattress, it collapses like a cardboard box beneath you. The main bedroom mattress was acceptable if you slept across it lengthwise instead of the usual up and down direction with the headboard/footboard. Unfortunately, you don't have the option to sleep like that on a single angle bed, which is what the other two mattresses are. I'd only come back if they updated the mattresses, even though everything else was grade A great, because ultimately having a good enough sleep is just as important as cleanliness and amenities and since all 3 mattresses were broken, that leads me to believe all the other room mattresses are in the same condition.

Units were recently renovated, wonderfully equipped kitchen, lots of storage with quality hangers in the closets! Having in room laundry and 2 bathrooms was incredibly convenient and we loved eating breakfast and dinner in the screened in patio every day. The pool and hot tub are very well maintained-but I have to admit that I love the wading pool! It was great for cooling our feet after a long day at the (easily accessible) parks. And the location is superb- right across from Celebration with Publix, Walgreens, banks and other services and restaurants that serve locals and not just tourists. The Staff is friendly and attentive- the few minor issues we had in our 9 day stay were dealt with immediately. Been coming here for years and will definitely be back.

The tub was no longer a jacuzzi-and the finish was chipping. Also, no hair dryer in unit.
