Location, great staff

It was dirty, found a dead cockroach and dead lizard in the bathroom. REALLY small trash can. No TV on the room, of all the lamps only one had a light bulb. No toiletries (only small soap). Halls to the room dirty, roof leaking water and pee smell.

the only good I have to say about this place is about the location was very close to my meeting

the place was not clean, the towels are old and rough, no hot water, could not spleep and it really needs pest control. I have to cancel my credit card, the hotel staff made a copy of my credit card, I never experience that step anywhere before

There was a restaurant up front that wa open late.

I was charged for a room that I couldn't stay in. Front desk closes at 11pm and no one would answer the after hours number they had listed clearly on the door. Didn't even respond to voice-mails. Not even a follow up, it's now been 3 days.

Worst hotel I've ever been to in my whole entire life the rooms were dirty they smelled the floors were sticky there was no toilet paper...2 towels for 4 pll....burn holes in sheets. Loud people till 5 am..felt unsafe was horrible. Never again will I stay

Location was ok

No towels in the bathroom, asked to have some at the desk and never got them. The lady probably forgot¿. No remote control for the TV. Disguting odour coming from the sink. Impossible to completly close the faucet in the bath tub, water always sinking.

The location was minutes away from the auction.

The place was tired and run down. Arrived at night and could not find room as there are no signs. Part of the property in the back is scary. Room had no desk, no towel bars, coffee maker but no coffee, no cups. Old and run down furniture. The exhaust fan in bathroom had black mold. If my wife was with me we would have left immediately after opening the door For me, it was a a place to sleep and shower in the morning.

Discounted price - get what you pay for. Clean, safe, but no frills

Over 4 days, tried to shower 3 times, could never get more than tepid room temp water. Key card on door never worked. I had to get a new card each time I used the door. Towels and sheets were clean, but thread bare.

The property was quiet before 8pm, however, it was very noisy due to other guests arriving, eg, screaming, arguing, slamming doors etc. Also, I was on the floor first which I didn’t like.

Close to where we needed to be

They only provide you with 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel, and 1 wash cloth for 2 people and when you ask for more they tell you that you have to wait until morning but we were only staying one night and needed to leave first thing. Also the shower curtain was gross.

This is a Roach motel

98% of this place is unlivable. They have homeless people loitering and staying not only in some of those rooms but also in the parking lot and in their cars.

I arrived after a 16 hour work day to a hotel with NO TOWELS!!! This meant no shower!! I find this completely unacceptable. Also the A/C was not cooling very well. I have stayed here many times so I know the standard for this hotel. It’s not the Taj Mahal but is usually acceptable. This was not!

The receptionist at dawn was totally drugged with a gun on his waist, in addition to making jokes with my husband. Totally unnoing, very bad!The bed was “extra big” in the description and they put me in a room with 2 TINY double beds, besides having a dead spider on my pillow

There was no breakfast, just a small cup of coffee

There was no microwave in the roomOnly on was available at the front desk.

No wash cloths, no coffee maker, no hot water, no microwave, but there was a 5 foot high refrigerator in bedroom. Who does that?!? Outlet in bathroom did not work.

Staff was nice and helpful. The area was pretty quiet.

The room smelled strongly of bleach and other cleaning products.

How comfortable the bed was.

No closet, towel rack, hardly hot water

Our king bed was actually very comfortable. New hot water heater had just been installed, so the morning shower had good hot water.

No hair dryers, and I did not know this until I showered and had wet hair.Bathroom needed cleaning - lots of hair in the shower.
