Starting with Hotel employee and the rest of the staff. This is the fourth time we've stayed there in the last five months and hands-down it's one of the best experiences we've had.

From the moment you arrive great service from Hotel employee, later at the pool area the service from the staff making sure my family had everything and making recommendation. Definitely a place my family will come back and will recommend to one.

My stay at the hotel was great at the the beginning. But, right after I checked out i got a notification from my credit card that i was charged for something from the hotel. As I tried on numerous occasions to reach the front desk with no success.

I liked that it was clean, beautiful, had comfortable beds, and nice bath products.

I did not like the loud music. It sounded like we were right above a night club. I did not like the price tags on everything in the room. It was hard to tell what you could use for free and what you would be charged for.

The place was amazing. Staff was great. One of the best stays I¿ve had. Very close to Disney and what a luxury stay should be!

Great place to stay! Very clean and luxurious, with a customer service beyond any expectations! Staff is extremely professional and courteous. You feel valued and appreciated. The Salt and the Cellar restaurant by two Michellin star chef Akira Back is absolutely amazing! Great experience!

There's nothing we didn't like.

We wanted an accommodation close to Epcot-and it is just 10-minute drive from the hotel.Huge rooms with comfy beds,big bathroom with all the supplies we need.Super clean.Nice staff.Free parking.

At the check.in we were told that our rooms are not ready yet,but 5 minutes later as we paid for early check-in we could have our rooms....The deposit for two rooms for 2 nights was 800,-USD-we found it too high comparing to other hotels in the area.We were also charged for a dinner of 300,-USD,which was not our bill,but the refund came back 2 days later.

A haven of tranquility with lots of special touches

The breakfast was a little overpriced and the gym and pool were a little small but still totally adequate and beautifully fitted out

It was so cute. The staff was incredibly friendly. Small, clean & overall adorable. The food was amazing. The pool was small but quiet. The weights were in kg, so that was a shout out I wish I had noticed. The spa was delightful, every staff member took great care of us. Our room was comfortable and just perfect for what we were looking for. The nespresso in the morning was amazing. We did not go to Disney, but you can watch the fireworks from the Magic Kingdom and Epcot from the rooftop of this hotel at night. The mocktails are so fun too. The chocolate cup is to die for which they brought as room service for us. Truly felt spoiled the entire stay here.

The view of the weird bald eagle flag store was less than appealing- but I don’t think you can change that.

Fabulous decor - stunning entry..., clean, the staff at the welcoming desk was beyond friendly and professional! Bianka and Debra come to my mind- beautiful smile, courteous, always ready to assist. Restaurant menu is lovely- interesting, creative. I also love the courtyard/ pool garden. This is the ONLY Orlando hotel I enjoy staying in. Bravo, Mrs, Sheila!

Can't think of anything

There was nothing to like … all advertising amenities were not available.

The moment we drove in and were prevented to park due valets blocking spaces for their profit. The front door porters offered us no assistance upon arrival. The uninformative concierge staff. We were given a worthless ‘discount’ card to their fake Michelin restaurant that was closed for our entire stay. The fact that they were aware of a private event occurring and not informing us that none of the hotel’s amenities would be available. Empty promises. After retuning from a late lunch offsite with family, our room was not turned …. this was at 16:30, unacceptable. We were made to wait in the lobby and had food forced upon us after we had specifically mentioned we had returned from dining. We were offered ‘a bottle’ of Champagne to be taken to our room as a recovery … this was never delivered. A power outage and non-functional TV/WiFi. Screaming children running about unchecked. The last day our ceiling caved in due to a leak. This place is a disaster … an over priced Hampton Inn disguised in lipstick. NOT MICHELIN.

Very clean rooms, the size of the room is good with comfortable beds. The location is nearby many stores, cafes and restaurants.

The most wonderful hotel in Orlando, and maybe in the USA, cleanliness, service, food, everything is always top every time!

Lovely hotel with exceptionally friendly staff who go the extra mile. We had a great time with our two little ones and enjoyed the pool, the breakfasts, and the proximity to Disney and shops, etc. Huge thank you to the staff who doted on our kids - including personally taking a toy apart to install batteries so our daughter would have a functioning bubble wand at Disney. Thank you so much!!
